மனதில் பதிக்க… 

ஓய்வு நாளில் செய்யக் கூடாததை நீங்கள் செய்வதேன்? லூக்கா 6: 1-5

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

ஓய்வு நாள் என்பது விதிகளைப் பின்பற்றுவதற்காக அல்ல; மாறாக, கடவுளின் இரக்கமும் மனிதரின் தேவைகளுக்கான அக்கறையுமாகும். தன்னை “ஓய்வுநாளின்  ஆண்டவர்” என்று அறிவிப்பதன் மூலம், உண்மையான ஓய்வும் பரிசுத்தமும் அவரில் இருப்பதை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறார். நாம் விதிகளுக்குப் பின் செல்லாமல், அன்பும் இரக்கமும் மேலானவை எனக் கொண்டு ஆண்டவரை உண்மையிலேயே விசுவாசிக்கிறோமா?

Jesus reminds us of that sabbath is not about following rules but about God’s mercy and care for human need. By calling Himself “Lord of the Sabbath,” He shows that true rest and holiness are found in Him, and faith is fulfilled by love and compassion. Do we honor the Lord of the sabbath by placing love and mercy above rule-keeping?
