ஏனெனில் மானிடமகன் தொண்டு ஏற்பதற்கு அல்ல, மாறாகத் தொண்டு ஆற்றுவதற்கும் பலருடைய மீட்புக்கு ஈடாக தம் உயிரை கொடுப்பதற்கும் வந்தார்" என்று கூறினார். மாற்கு நற்செய்தி 10:45

The Son of Man came to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many. Mark 10:45

                                                         மனதில் சிந்திக்க

இயேசு நம் ஒவ்வொருவருக்காகவும் மனமுவந்து உயிரைக் கொடுத்தார். சிலுவையில் நம் பாவங்களின் சுமையை ஏற்று, நம்முடைய மீட்புக்காகத் தம் உயிரையே தியாகம் செய்தார். அவருடைய சிலுவைப் பாதையையும் நம் துன்பங்களையும் ஏற்று, அவற்றை அவருடைய தியாகத்துடன் இணைத்து வாழ நாம் தயாராக இருக்கிறோமா?

Jesus willingly died for each one of us. On the Cross, He took upon Himself the weight of our sins and poured out His life so that we could be saved. Are we willing to accept His cup, embrace our sufferings, and unite them with His sacrifice for our salvation?

இயேசு அவரிடம், "வழியும் உண்மையும் வாழ்வும் நானே. என் வழியாய் அன்றி எவரும் தந்தையிடம் வருவதில்லை. - யோவான் 14:6

I am the way and the truth and the life, says the Lord; no one comes to the Father except through me. -  John 14:6

                                                         மனதில் சிந்திக்க

நம் சொந்த மனித பலத்தால் “தந்தையின் இல்லத்தை” அடைந்து, இறை வாழ்வையும் நிலையான மகிழ்ச்சியையும் பெற முடியாது. கிறிஸ்துவே அதற்கான வழியை நமக்குத் திறக்கிறார். தந்தையிடம் நம்மை அழைத்துச் செல்லும் வழியாக இயேசுவை உண்மையில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறோமா, அல்லது உண்மையான மகிழ்ச்சிக்காக நம் சொந்த வழியைத் தேடுகிறோமா?

By our own human strength, we cannot enter the “Father’s house” or attain God’s life and eternal happiness. Only Christ can open this way for us. Are we truly allowing Jesus to be the way that leads us to the Father, or are we trying to find our own way to true happiness?

எனக்குத் தேவையான உணவை மட்டும் தந்தருளும். - நீதிமொழிகள் 30:8

feed me with the food that is needful for me. - Proverbs 30:8

நம் தினசரி ஆன்மீக ஊட்டத்திற்கு, கடவுளின் வார்த்தையை வாசிப்பதன் மூலமும், தூய நற்கருணையைப் பெறுவதன் மூலமும், அவரது திருவுளத்தின்படி வாழ்வதன் மூலமும் நம் “அன்றாட அப்பத்தை”ப் பெறுகிறோம். நாம் கடவுளையே நம் அன்றாட அப்பமாகத் தேடுகிறோமா, அல்லது உலகப் பொருட்களில் திருப்தியைத் தேடுகிறோமா?

For our daily spiritual nourishment, we need our daily bread, which we receive by reading the word of God, receiving the Holy Eucharist, and living according to His will. Are we seeking God as our daily bread, or are we relying on worldly things to satisfy us?

மனிதருடைய நடத்தையெல்லாம் அவர் பார்வையில் குற்றமற்றதாய்த் தோன்றலாம். ஆனால் ஆண்டவர் அவர் உள்ளெண்ணத்தைச் சீர்தூக்கிப் பார்க்கிறார்.  - நீதிமொழிகள் 21:2

All the ways of a man may be right in his own eyes, but it is the LORD who proves hearts. - Proverbs 21:2

                                                         மனதில் சிந்திக்க

நம் நல்லவற்றை எளிதில் பார்த்து பெருமைப்படுகிறோம்; ஆனால் நம் குறைகளையும் தோல்விகளையும் மறந்துவிடுகிறோம். ஆண்டவர் நம் இருதயத்தையும் நோக்கங்களையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறார். தாழ்மையுடன் நம் பலவீனங்களை அவரிடம் ஒப்படைக்கும்போது, உண்மையாக நம்மைப் பார்த்து பரிசுத்தத்தில் வளர அவர் உதவுகிறார். நாம் இன்னும் வளர வேண்டிய பகுதிகளை ஆண்டவர் சுட்டிக்காட்ட அனுமதிக்கிறோமா?

We can easily see the good in ourselves and feel deserving of praise while overlooking our own faults and failures. But the Lord sees our hearts and intentions. When we humbly allow Him to reveal our weaknesses, He helps us see ourselves truthfully and grow in holiness. Are we willing to let the Lord show us the areas in our life where we still need to grow, even when it is uncomfortable?

ஏனெனில் நேர்மையாளரை அல்ல, பாவிகளையே அழைக்க வந்தேன்" என்றார். - மத்தேயு 9:13

I did not come to call the righteous but sinners. - Matthew 9:13

பாவத்தால் நாம் அனைவரும் நோயுற்றும் காயப்பட்டும் இருக்கிறோம், கடவுளுக்கு எதிராகக் கிளர்ந்து, அவரைவிட வேறெதற்கும் முன்னுரிமை கொடுப்பதன் மூலம். ஆனால், இயேசு தமது தெய்வீக இரக்கத்தால் நம்மைக் குணப்படுத்த வந்தார். அவரை நம்மைக் குணப்படுத்த அனுமதித்து, அவரிடம் நம்மை ஒப்படைத்து, அன்புடன் அவருக்குக் கீழ்ப்படியத் தயாரா?

We are all sick and wounded by sin by rebelling against God and His commandments and by creating our own idols. Anything we place above God can become an idol. Yet Jesus came to us in His Divine Mercy to heal us from this sickness. Are we willing to let Him heal us, surrender our ways to Him, and obey Him out of love and a desire to please Him?

ஏனெனில் நான் வாழ்ந்தால் அது கிறிஸ்துவுக்காகவே; நான் இறந்தால் அது எனக்கு ஆதாயமே. - பிலிப்பியர் 1:21

For to me life is Christ, and death is gain. - Philippians 1:21

திருமுழுக்கு மூலம் பாவத்திற்கு இறந்து, கிறிஸ்துவில் புதிய படைப்பாகியுள்ளோம். நாம் அவருக்கே சொந்தமானவர்கள். அவருடைய ஆவியும், இதயமும், உடலும், ஆன்மாவும் நம்மில் இருந்து, கடவுளை அன்பு செய்து, போற்றி, பணியாற்றி, மகிமைப்படுத்தட்டும். அவருடைய இதயம், ஆவி மற்றும் அன்பு ஆகியவை நம்முடைய எண்ணங்கள், வார்த்தைகள் மற்றும் செயல்களை வழிநடத்த நாம் அனுமதிக்கிறோமா?

Through Baptism, we have died to sin and become a new creation in Christ. We belong to Him, and all that is His (His Spirit, heart, body, and soul) becomes ours to use in loving, praising, serving and glorifying God. Are we truly living as one who belongs to Christ, allowing His heart, Spirit, and love to guide our thoughts, words, and actions?

“அவை வளர்ந்து நூறு மடங்கு விளைச்சலைக் கொடுத்தன”  -  லூக்கா  8 : 8

“It came up and yielded a crop, a hundred times more than was sown”  -  Luke 8 : 8

விதைப்பவரின் உவமையின் மூலம், இயேசு நம் இதயத்தின் நிலையை ஆராய்ந்து, அவரது வார்த்தை நம் உள்ளத்தில் வேரூன்றி, நம்மை மாற்றியமைக்க அனுமதிக்குமாறு அழைக்கிறார். நாம் நல்ல நிலமாக மாற முயற்சிக்கிறோமா, அல்லது பாவங்கள், சோதனைகள், கவலைகள் மற்றும் உலக இன்பங்களால் தடுக்கப்பட்டு, வழி ஓரத்திலோ, பாறை நிலத்திலோ அல்லது முட்செடிகளுக்கு இடையிலோ விழுந்த விதையைப் போல இன்னும் இருக்கிறோமா?

Through the parable of the sower, Jesus calls us to examine the soil of our hearts and allow His Word to take root and transform us. Are we striving to become good soil that bears abundant fruit, or are we still like the seed on the path, the rocky ground, and among the thorns, held back by our sins, trials, worries, and worldly pleasures?

“இயேசு நகர் நகராய், ஊர் ஊராய்ச் சென்று நற்செய்தியைப் பறைசாற்றி வந்தார்”  -  லூக்கா  8 : 1

“Jesus traveled about from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news”- Luke 8 : 1

                                                         மனதில் சிந்திக்க

இயேசு இறைமகனாக இருந்தபோதிலும், தம் தந்தையின் திருவுளத்தை நிறைவேற்றத் தாழ்மையான பாதையைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து, கீழ்ப்படிதலுடன் சிலுவையை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார். இயேசுவைப் பின்பற்றுவது சிலுவை, துன்பம், தாழ்மை ஆகியவற்றை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதாகும் என்பதை நாம் உணர்கிறோமா? அல்லது அவர் நம்மைச் சுகமும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் நிறைந்த வாழ்க்கைக்கு மட்டுமே அழைக்கிறார் என்று எண்ணி நம்மை நாமே ஏமாற்றிக்கொள்கிறோமா? 

Though Jesus is the Son of God, He chose the humble path of fulfilling His Father’s will and obediently embraced the cross. Do we still believe that following Jesus means embracing the cross, suffering, and humility, or are we deceiving ourselves by thinking that He calls us only to a life of comfort and happiness?

“உமது நம்பிக்கை உம்மை மீட்டது; அமைதியுடன் செல்க”  -  லூக்கா  7 : 50

“Your faith has saved you; go in peace”  -  Luke 7 : 50

                                                         மனதில் சிந்திக்க

மக்களால் பாவி என்று அறியப்பட்ட அந்தப் பெண், விசுவாசத்துடனும் நொறுங்கிய உள்ளத்துடனும் இயேசுவை அணுகி, அவர் அளித்த இரக்கத்திற்குப் பதிலாகத் தனது அன்பை அவரது பாதங்களில் பொழிந்தாள். நாமும் ஆண்டவரின் அளவற்ற இரக்கத்திற்கு, அதே தாழ்மையுடனும் அன்புடனும் பதிலளிக்கிறோமா? அல்லது அவருடைய இரக்கம் நமக்குத் தேவை என்பதை உணரத் தவறுகிறோமா? 

The woman known in the town as a sinner approached Jesus with faith and a contrite heart, and in response to His mercy, she poured out her love at His feet. Do we respond to the Lord’s unfailing mercy with the same humility and love, or do we fail to realize our need for His mercy?

“ஞானம் மெய்யானது என்பதற்கு அதை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டோரின் செயல்களே சான்று”  -  லூக்கா  7 : 35

“But wisdom is proved right by all her children” -  Luke 7: 35

                                                           மனதில் சிந்திக்க

கடவுளின் ஞானம் உலகின் கண்களுக்கு மறைவாக இருக்கலாம்; ஆனால், அவருடைய சித்தப்படி வாழ்ந்து பரிசுத்தத்தின் கனிகளைத் தருவோரின் வாழ்வில் அது வெளிப்படுகிறது. விசுவாசத்துடனும் கீழ்ப்படிதலுடனும் கடவுளின் வழியைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து, நம் வாழ்வின் மூலம் அவருடைய ஞானத்திற்குச் சாட்சியாக வாழ்கிறோமா, அல்லது இன்னும் உலகத்தின் ஆசைகளைப் பின்பற்றுகிறோமா? 

God’s wisdom may be hidden from the eyes of the world, yet it is revealed through the lives of those who surrender themselves to His will and bear fruits of holiness. Are we humbly choosing His ways with faith and obedience, allowing our lives to become a living witness to His wisdom, or are we still following the desires of this world?
