மனதில் சிந்திக்க

இறை அருள் நம்மில் செயலாற்றும் போது நாம் அதை புரிந்து கொள்ளாததால்  சீடர்களைப் போலவே பதற்றப்படுகிறோம். இந்த மாற்றங்கள் மீது நமக்கு எவ்விதக் கட்டுப்பாடும் இல்லாத நிலையில், இறை அருளால் வரும் மாற்றத்தை  கண்டு அஞ்சுகிறோமா  அல்லது அவரது கிருபையை மன அமைதியோடு தாழ்மையாக ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறோமா ?

When God moves in our lives, we feel anxious like the disciples because it’s unfamiliar or overwhelming. Are we trembling at the changes God brings to our lives, over which we have no control?  Or are we trusting His ‘Shalom’ more than our own scare, even when the cost is high?

சீடர்களின்  கண்கள், தங்கள் சொந்த எதிர்பார்ப்புகளாலும் துயரத்தாலும் மறைக்கப்பட்டிருந்து. இயேசு அப்பத்தைப் பிட்டபோது, ​​அவர்களின் புறப் பார்வை விலகி, ஆன்மீக வெளிச்சம் பிறந்தது. எப்போதும் நம் அருகிலேயே நடந்துவரும் நம் மீட்பரை நம்மால் உண்மையாகவே அடையாளம் கண்டுகொள்ள முடிகிறதா? அல்லது, நம்முடைய சொந்தப் போராட்டங்களின் சுமையால் நம் கண்கள் மறைக்கப்பட்டதாகவே இருக்கிறதா?

The disciples were blinded by their own expectations and grief. But when Jesus broke the bread, their physical sight gave way to spiritual revelation. Are we truly able to recognize our Savior who walks beside us always, or are we still so blinded by the weight of our own struggles and problems?

சீடர்கள் தங்கள் இல்லங்களுக்குத் திரும்பிய வேளையில், மகதலேனா மரியாள் அங்கேயே தங்கி, உயிர்த்தெழுந்த ஆண்டவரின் பிரசன்னத்தை உணர்ந்தார். நமது துயரத்தின் நிழலிலும் நம்பிக்கையில் உறுதியாய் நிலைத்திருக்கக்கூடிய துணிவு நமக்கு இருக்கிறதா? அல்லது, நாம் முன்பு அறிந்திருந்த வாழ்க்கையின் வெற்று ஆறுதல்களை நாடி, அவசரமாகத் திரும்பிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறோமா?

While the disciples went home, Mary Magdalene remained and encountered the presence of the Risen Lord. Are we brave enough to remain anchored in faith within the shadow of our grief, or are we simply hurrying back to the hollow comforts of the life we knew before?

 “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me” - Matthew 28: 10

மனதில் சிந்திக்க

பயமும் உயிர்த்தெழுதலும் ஒரே இடத்தில் ஒருங்கே நிலவ முடியாது என்பதை இயேசு நிலைநாட்டுகிறார். அவர் உயிர்த்தெழுந்தார் என்று நம்புவது, மரணம் எனும் அந்த 'இறுதி முடிவானது' தன் வல்லமையை இழந்துவிட்டது என்று நம்புவதாகும். மரணம் ஏற்கனவே தோற்கடிக்கப்பட்டுவிட்டது என்ற உணர்வோடு நாம் உண்மையிலேயே வாழ்வோமெனில், எத்தகைய துணிச்சலான, அன்பார்ந்த செயலை இன்று நாம் முன்னெடுப்போம்? 

Jesus establishes that fear and Resurrection cannot occupy the same space. To believe He is risen is to believe that the ultimate "end" which is death, has lost its power. If we truly lived as if death had already been defeated, what bold, loving action would we take today that fear has been holding us back from?

விசுவாசமானது, துயரத்திலிருந்தும் குழப்பத்திலிருந்தும் விலகி, 'சாத்தியமற்றது நிகழ்ந்துவிட்டது' எனும் உணர்தலை நோக்கிய ஒரு அமைதியான அகமாற்றமாகவே தொடங்குகிறது. கல்லறையின் அமைதியில் நின்றிருந்த யோவானைப் போலவே, நம் போராட்டங்களின் இரைச்சலை அடக்கி, நம் ஆண்டவர் இன்றும் செயலாற்றிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார் என்பதற்கான அந்த அமைதியான சான்றை நம்மால் செவியுற முடியுமா?

Faith often begins with a quiet, internal shift from grief and confusion to the realization that the impossible has happened. Like John standing in the stillness of the tomb, can we silence the noise of our struggle to hear the quiet proof that our Lord is still at work?

காலியான கல்லறை, இயேசு கிறிஸ்து மரணத்தை வென்று, தோல்வியை புதிய வாழ்வாக மாற்றியிருப்பதை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. பெண்கள் அச்சத்திலிருந்து மகிழ்ச்சியான சாட்சிகளாக மாறுகின்றனர்; பணி வாழ்விற்கு அழைக்கப்படுகின்றனர் . “அஞ்சாதிருங்கள்” என்ற அவருடைய வார்த்தைகள், இருளும் மரணமும் இறுதியான நிலையாக இருக்க முடியாது என்பதை நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகின்றன. உயிர்த்தெழுதலின் மகிழ்ச்சியை மற்றவர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள, கடவுள் எவ்வாறு நம்மை அழைக்கிறார்?

The empty tomb shows that Jesus Christ has conquered death, turning defeat into new life. The women move from fear to joyful witness, showing that encountering Christ leads to mission. His words, “Do not be afraid,” remind us that no darkness or death has the final word. How is God calling us to share the joy of the Resurrection with others?

உங்கள் போராட்டங்களை ஜெபத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டு, அவற்றை அவருடைய பாடுகளுடன் இணைத்து, “இயேசுவே, இதை உமக்கு அளிக்கிறேன்” என்று மனதாரக் கிறிஸ்துவிடம் அர்ப்பணியுங்கள். பின்னர், சிறிய, உறுதியான செயல்கள் மூலம் மற்றவர்களுக்கு அமைதியைக் கொண்டு வாருங்கள். எதிர்வினையாற்றுவதற்குப் பதிலாக மென்மையாகப் பதிலளித்து , பொறுமையுடன் செவிசாய்த்து , அன்பான வார்த்தையையோ அல்லது அமைதியான உதவியையோ வழங்குங்கள் . இன்று நமது போராட்டங்களைக் கிறிஸ்துவிடம் அர்ப்பணித்து, நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ள மக்களுக்கு அமைதியைக் கொண்டுவர முயற்சிப்போமா ?

Offer your struggles to Christ by naming them in prayer, uniting them to His Passion, and consciously saying, “Jesus, I give this to You.”. Then bring peace to others through small, concrete acts respond gently instead of reacting, listen with patience and offer a kind word or quiet help. Can we offer our struggles today to Christ and still bring peace to people around us?

மனதில் சிந்திக்க

விசுவாசம் என்பது கடமை அல்லது குற்றவுணர்ச்சி பற்றியது அல்ல, மாறாக அது அன்பு மற்றும் நன்றியுணர்விலிருந்து இயல்பாகப் பாயும், இறைவனின் நன்மைக்கான ஒரு மகிழ்ச்சியான பிரதிபலிப்பாகும். நமது நன்றியுணர்வு செயலாக மாறி, மற்றவர்களுக்கு உத்வேகம் அளித்து, அன்றாட வாழ்வில் இறைவனை மகிமைப்படுத்துகிறது. நாம் இறைவனுக்கு "கைமாறு செய்ய" முயற்சிக்கிறோமா அல்லது அவருடைய கிருபையைத் தாழ்மையுடன் பெற்றுக்கொள்கிறோமா?

Faith is not about duty or guilt, but a joyful response to God’s goodness, flowing naturally from love and gratitude. Our thanksgiving becomes action, inspiring others and glorifying God in everyday life. Do we try to "repay" God or do we humbly receive His Grace?

நீங்கள் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டதாகவும், தவறாகப் புரிந்துகொள்ளப்பட்டதாகவும், அல்லது உங்கள் சொந்த வட்டத்துக்குள் சுமையாக உணரும்போது, அந்தத் துன்பத்தில் கிறிஸ்து உங்களுக்குமுன் சென்றிருக்கிறார் என்பதை நினைவுக்கூறுங்கள். அவர் துரோகத்திற்குள்ளாகியிருந்த போதிலும், அவருடைய நிலைப்பாடு அமைதியாகவும், கண்ணியமாகவும், தந்தையில் வேரூன்றியதாகவும் இருந்தது. உங்கள் வலியை அவருடையதுடன் இணைக்கவும், கடவுள்  உங்களை கேட்கிறார் என்று நம்பவும், உங்கள் சோதனைகள் அன்பும் புகழும் நிறைந்த ஜெபமாக மாற அனுமதிக்கவும்.நாம் கிறிஸ்துவின் கருணையை பிரதிபலிக்கிறோமா, அல்லது சில சமயம் உதவி தேவைப்படுவோரை நான் கவனிக்காமல் விடுகிறோமா?

 

When you feel rejected, misunderstood, or burdened within one's own circle, remember that Christ has gone before you in that very suffering, even in his betrayal his posture remained measured, dignified, rooted in the Father. Unite your pain to His, trust that God hears you and allow your trials to become a prayer of love and praise. Do we reflect Christ’s compassion, or do I sometimes overlook those in need?

மனதில் சிந்திக்க

இறைவன் தரும் ஆசீர், ஞானம், அவர் நமக்கு காட்டும் வழி, - இவை பிறருக்கு அறிவிப்பதற்காக அல்ல; மாறாக, வாழ்ந்து காட்டுவதற்காகவே வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. குடும்ப வாழ்வாகட்டும், குருத்துவமாகட்டும், துறவற வாழ்வாகட்டும் அல்லது அன்றாடப் பணியாகட்டும் — இதுவே ஒவ்வொரு அழைப்பின் மையக்கருத்தாகும். இறைவனுடைய அரசைக் கட்டியெழுப்ப நமக்குத் தேவையான அனைத்தையும் அவரே நமக்கு அருளுகிறார். நாம் எதற்காகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோமோ, அந்த அழைப்பிற்கு நாம் உண்மையுள்ளவர்களாக இருக்கிறோமா?

The graces, the light, and the intimate movements of His will are not given to be announced, but to be lived. This is the heart of vocation whether in family life, priesthood, religious life, or daily work. God equips us with what we need to build His Kingdom. Are we faithful to the vocation we have been chosen for?
