மனதில் பதிக்க… 

மணமகன் பிரியவேண்டிய காலம் வரும்; அப்போது நோன்பு இருப்பார்கள்.லூக்கா 5: 33

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

இயேசு இந்த உவமையின் மூலமாக நாம் பழையதை பிடித்துக்கொண்டு, புதியதற்கு எதிர்ப்புடையவர்களாக இருக்கக் கூடாது என்பதை உணர்த்துகிறார். அவருடைய பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் புதிய செயலுக்கு நம் மனமும், நம் இதயமும் திறந்திருக்க வேண்டும். பழைய தொட்டிகளில் புதிய திராட்சை ரசத்தை ஊற்ற முடியாது என்பதுபோல், கடவுள் நமக்குள் செய்ய விரும்பும் புதிய காரியங்களைப் பெற நாம் புதிய தொட்டிகள் போன்று திறந்த மனதுடன், தயார் நிலையில் இருக்க அழைக்கிறார். நாம் கடவுளுடைய வார்த்தையும், அவர் நம்மை நோக்கி வைத்துள்ள திட்டத்தையும் அறிந்து வளரத் தயாராக உள்ளோமா?

Jesus through the parable teaches us not to hold rigidly to the past or to resist the new work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. He wants our minds and hearts to be like the new wineskins open and ready to receive the new wine of the Holy Spirit. Are we eager to grow in the knowledge and understanding of God's word and plan for our life?
