ஜெபத்திற்கு அழகான வார்த்தைகள் தேவையில்லை,அதற்கு நேர்மையான இதயம் தேவை.நாம் மிகுந்த சுமையால் சோர்ந்திருந்தாலும், மறக்கப்பட்டவர்களாக உணர்ந்தாலும், அல்லது பாவத்தின் பாரத்தில் அழுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தாலும், கடவுளை  நோக்கி எளிதாக அழைக்கலாம். நாம் காயப்படும்போது அவர் அருகில் இருந்து கேட்பார். இன்று நம் இருதயத்தில் பாரமாக இருக்கும் எதை நாம் கடவுளுக்கு முன்பாக நேர்மையாகக் கொண்டுவர வேண்டும்?

Prayer does not need fancy words, It needs an honest heart. When we feel overwhelmed, forgotten, or weighed down by sin, we can simply cry out to God. He is close to us and listens, especially when we are hurt. What is weighing on our heart today that we need to honestly bring before God?

Esther foreshadows Christ in risking her life for her people and echoes Mary’s faithful “yes” to God’s will. The passage reminds us that we too are called to stand for truth in our trial moments, trusting that God works through our courage and faithfulness. Can we be brave and trust God today?

ஞானஸ்நானத்தில் கொடுக்கப்பட்டு, உறுதிப்படுத்தலில் பலப்படுத்தப்பட்ட ஆவி நமக்கு கடவுளின் பரிசாகவே அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது ; சாவான பாவம் இந்த உறவைப் பாதித்தாலும், அவர் எப்போதும் நம்மைப் புதுப்பிக்கத் தயாராக இருக்கிறார். கடவுள் நம்மை  மன்னிப்பது மட்டுமல்லாமல், நமக்குள் நமது வாழ்க்கையை மீட்டெடுக்கவும் பலப்படுத்தவும் விரும்புகிறார் என்று நாம் உண்மையிலேயே நம்புகிறோமா?

The Spirit given at Baptism and strengthened in Confirmation remains God’s gift to us; though mortal sin wounds this relationship, He is always ready to renew us. Do we truly trust that God desires not only to forgive us, but to restore and strengthen His life within me?

கடவுளுடைய வார்த்தை ஒருபோதும் வீணாகாது. மழை பூமியை அமைதியாக நனைத்து கனியளிக்கச் செய்வதுபோல், அவரது வார்த்தையும் நம் இதயத்தில் செயல்பட்டு, அதை மென்மையாக்கி, நம்பிக்கையை வலுப்படுத்தி, உடனடியாக   பலனை நாம் காணாவிட்டாலும், நம் வாழ்க்கையை வழிநடத்தும். அவருடைய வார்த்தை நம் இதயத்தில் வேர் ஊன்றி, தினமும் கனியளிக்க நாம் அனுமதிக்கிறோமா?

God’s word is never empty. Like rain that quietly nourishes the earth, it works within us — softening hearts, strengthening faith, and guiding our lives, even when we do not see immediate results. Are we allowing His word to take root in our hearts and bear fruit each day?

ஒருவருக்கு ஆறுதல் தேவைப்படும்போது கவனமாகக் கேட்பது, அலட்சியமாக இருப்பது எளிதாக இருக்கும் வேலையில் கருணை காட்டுவது அல்லது பெருமை நம்மைத் தடுக்கத் தூண்டும்போது மன்னிப்பது போன்ற அன்றாட வாய்ப்புகளில் பரிசுத்தம் காணப்படுகிறது. கிறிஸ்துவை நேசிப்பதற்கான வாய்ப்புகளாக நாம் நமது அன்றாடப் பொறுப்புக்களாக பார்க்கிறோமா?

Holiness is found in everyday opportunities to care for others. Listening attentively when someone needs comfort, showing kindness at work when it is easier to be indifferent or forgiving when pride tempts us to hold back. Do we see our daily responsibilities as opportunities to love Christ?

தனது குற்றத்தை உணர்ந்த தாவீதின் பாடல் வரிகள் இவை. ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நாமும் குற்றங்கள் பல புரிந்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறோம். பாவ மன்னிப்பு அருட்சாதனம் வழியாக கடவுள் தருகின்ற மன்னிப்பை இரக்கத்தின் காலமாகிய இந்த தவக் காலத்திலே பெற முயற்சி செய்வோமா?

Above are the words of David when he realized his mistakes. As part of our lives, we sin many times. Realizing that we receive God's mercy during the sacrament of confession, shall we make an effort to go for confession during this season of lent?

நமது அன்றாட வாழ்க்கையிலே, மனிதர்களின் தேவைகளை அறிந்து செயல்படவும், தவறான வழியிலே செல்கின்றவர்களை கண்டு ஓதுங்காமல் அவர்களை சரியான பாதையில் கொண்டு வரவும், அவர்களின் மனமாற்றத்திற்கும் உதவிசெய்யலாமா?

In our daily lives, shall we act on the needs of people, guide them to the right path, and help them change their minds, rather than just criticizing those who are going the wrong way?

நமது அன்றாடம் வாழ்வில் நாம் சந்திக்கின்ற பிரச்சினைகள், போராட்டங்கள், தோல்விகள், சங்கடங்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் இயேசுவுக்காக பொறுமையோடு ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுவோமா?

Shall we patiently accept all the problems, struggles, failures, and embarrassments we encounter in our daily lives for Jesus' sake?

நாம் செய்கின்ற செபங்கள், தப முயற்சிகள், தர்மங்கள் எல்லாம் மனிதர் பார்ப்பதற்காகவே செய்வோமென்றால் இறைவனுகும் நமக்கும் இருக்கின்ற  தொடர்பு விலகிப்போகின்றது. எனவே இந்த தவக்காலத்திலே இறைவனோடு ஆழமான தொடர்பை வளர்த்துக்கொள்வோமா?

If we do all our prayers, penances, and charity just for people to see, our intimacy with God will be lost. Shall we cultivate a deeper communion with Him during this Lent?

உலகத்தை சார்ந்த எண்ணங்களாகிய பணம், பதவி , அதிகாரம் போன்ற தீமைகளிலிருந்து நாம் மிகவும் கவனமாயிருக்கும்படி இயேசு ஆண்டவர் பனிக்கிறார். நாமும் பாவத்தில் விழாமல், கடவுளின் அரசுக்கு முன்னுரிமை கொடுத்து அதில் நுழைய முயற்சி எடுப்போமா?

Jesus warns us to be careful of the evils of worldly thoughts such as money, designations, and power. Shall we try not to fall into sin, but rather give priority to the kingdom of God and strive to enter it?

இந்தத் தலைமுறையினர் அடையாளம் கேட்பதேன்? இத்தலைமுறையினருக்கு அடையாளம் எதுவும் கொடுக்கப்படமாட்டாது என உறுதியாக உங்களுக்குச் சொல்கிறேன்” என்றார்.  - மாற்கு 8:12 

“Why does this generation seek a sign? Amen, I say to you, no sign will be given to this generation.” - Mark 8:12

மனதில் சிந்திக்க

நாம் பெற்றுக் கொள்கின்ற அனைத்து நன்மைத்தனங்களும் இறைவனிடமிருந்தே வருகின்றது என்று நன்கு தெரிந்து கொண்டாலும் அவரிடத்தில் நம்பிக்கையற்றவர்களாகவே  இருக்கின்றோம். எனவே முழு நம்பிக்கையுடன் அவரிடத்தில் செல்லலாமா?

Even though we know that all the good things we receive come from God, we still lack faith in Him. Shall we go to Him with full faith?

Before everyone are life and death, whichever they choose will be given them. - Sirach 15:17

நன்மையும் தீமையையும் அறிந்து செயல்படுகின்ற சுதந்திரத்தை இறைவன் நமக்கு  கொடுத்திருக்கின்றார். எனவே எதைச் செய்தாலும் இறைவன் அனைத்தையும் காண்கிறார் என்றும் அவருக்கு கணக்குக் கொடுக்க வேண்டியவர்களாகவே நாம் இருக்கின்றோம் என்பதையும் சிந்தித்து செயல்படுவோம்.

God has given us the freedom to know good and evil and act accordingly. Therefore, let us act with the understanding that no matter what we do, God sees everything and that we are accountable to Him.

Before performing the miracle, Jesus Christ gave thanks to God. Shall we also give thanks to Him in all aspects of our lives?

கடவுள் ஒருபோதும் உங்களைத் தன் சித்தத்தைச் செய்ய வற்புறுத்த மாட்டார். அவர் மெதுவாக பெருமூச்சு விடுகிறார்; தம்மால் உங்கள் நலனுக்காக செய்யப்பட்ட செயல்களை நீங்கள் கண்டு, தாழ்மையுடன் சரணடைவதற்காக அவர் பொறுமையுடன் காத்திருக்கிறார். அன்பினால், இயேசு கிறிஸ்து அவர்களின் பாதங்களில் நீங்கள் சரணடையத் தயாரா?

God will never force you to do His will. He sighs; He waits patiently for when seeing the works that He has done in your favor, you surrender humbled, you surrender out of love, to the feet of Jesus. Are you willing to do it?

The woman didn’t walk away offended. She leaned in closer. That is the heart of persistent faith. Sometimes the miracle is instant. Sometimes the greater miracle is the faith formed in the waiting. Shall we also wait on Him at our desperate times?

 

அந்த பெண் அவமானப்பட்டு விலகவில்லை. அவள் இன்னும் அருகில் நெருங்கினாள். அதுவே நிலைத்திருக்கும் விசுவாசத்தின் இதயம்.சில நேரங்களில் அற்புதம் உடனே நடக்கிறது. சில வேளைகளில், காத்திருப்பில் உருவாகும் விசுவாசமே அதைவிட பெரிய அற்புதமாகும். நாம் நம்முடைய துயரமான காலங்களில் அவரை நம்பி காத்திருப்போமா?

Nothing that enters one from outside can defile that person; but the things that come out from within are what defile.” – Mark 7:15

மனதில் சிந்திக்க

 

இயேசு நம்மை இருதயத்திலும், மனதிலும், ஆன்மாவிலும் தூய்மையான வாழ்க்கைக்கு அழைக்கிறார்; ஏனெனில் இவைகள் நமக்குள்ளேயானவை.அப்படியானால், நாம் ஒவ்வொரு தீய சிந்தனையிலிருந்தும் செயலிலிருந்தும் விலகி, அவர் பரிபூரணமாக வாழ்ந்து நமக்கு வெளிப்படுத்திய அதே தூய்மையில் நடக்க முயல்வோமா?

 

Jesus invites us into a life of purity – in heart, in mind, and in soul, for these are the things within us. Are we, then, to turn away from every evil thought and deed, seeking to walk in the same purity that He perfectly lived and revealed to us?

சில சமயங்களில் நம் காயங்களை அவரிடம் ஒப்படைக்கத் தயங்குகிறோம், மாறாக அவரை அணுகி, அவருடைய பிரசன்னம் நம்மை மாற்றவும், உடல்ரீதியாகவும் ஆன்மீகரீதியாகவும் மீட்டெடுக்கவும் அனுமதிப்போமா?

There are times when we hold back hesitant to entrust our wounds before Him, but instead shall we reach out Him and allow His presence to transform us and restore us both physically and spiritually?

ஆண்டவரை எதிர்பார்த்து காத்திருப்பது அவருக்குமுன் கீழ்ப்படிதலாகும்; நிறைவேற்றம் அவர் தீர்மானித்த சரியான நேரத்தில் நிகழும் என்ற நம்பிக்கையின் செயலாகும். அவருடைய பரிபூரண காலத்தில் உறுதியாக நிலைத்த இருதயத்துடன், ஆழ்ந்த நம்பிக்கையோடு நாம் காத்திருப்போமா?

Waiting on God is submission before Him, an act of trust that fulfilment will be made at His right moment, shall we wait with a heart anchored in His perfect timing with profound trust?

You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; -Matthew 5:14-15

மனதில் சிந்திக்க

கடவுள் ஒளி, அவர் தம்முடைய பரிசுத்த ஆவியை நமக்குள் வாழ அனுப்பியதால், நாம் அதை அறியாதபோதும் பிரகாசிக்கிறோம். இயேசுவை அறிந்தால் மட்டும் போதுமா, இந்த உலகில் நாம் அவருடைய செயல்பாடாக இருப்போமா?

God is light, and since He sent His Holy Spirit to live inside us, we shine even when we don’t know it. Is it enough for us just to know Jesus, shall we also be the activity of Him in this world?
