உங்கள் இதயத்தைக் கடினப்படுத்திக் கொள்ளாதீர்கள். மாறாக, நீங்கள் அவரது குரலுக்குச் செவி கொடுத்தால் எத்துணை நலம்! - திபா 95: 8

If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts. - Psalm 95:8

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

இறைவன் மனிதனை  இரக்க குணம் உள்ளவனாக படைத்துள்ளார். ஆனால் இவ்வுலகில் வாழும் போது பல்வேறு நிகழ்வுகளால் நாம் இறைவன் கொடுத்த நல்ல பண்புகளை இழந்து விடுகின்றோம். ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் , ஒவ்வொரு  நிகழ்விலும் இறைவன் நமக்கு என்ன உணர்த்துகிறார் என திறந்த உள்ளதோடு செவிமடுப்போமோ ?

God created man to be compassionate. But due to various incidents, while living in this world, we lose our God given good qualities. Every day and in every event, shall we listen to God's perception with an open heart?

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

உன் பெயர் பேதுரு; இந்தப் பாறையின் மேல் என் திருச்சபையைக் கட்டுவேன்.- மத்தேயு 16: 18

You are Peter and upon this rock I will build my Church - Matthew 16:18

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

மனித இயல்பினால் பேதுரு தன்னை மறுதலிப்பார் என்று தெரிந்தும் இயேசு அவர் மேல் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டு திருஅவையை வழிநடத்தும் பெரிய பொறுப்பை ஒப்படைகின்றார். தூய ஆவியை பெற்ற பிறகு பேதுருவும் இயேசுவின் நம்பிக்கையை நிலைநாட்டுகிறார். நாமும் "நீர் மெசியா, வாழும் கடவுளின் மகன்" என ஆண்டவருக்கு சான்று பகர்ந்து திருஅவையை கட்டி எழுப்புவோமா?

Even though Jesus knew that Peter would deny Him because of his human nature, He trusted him and entrusted with the great responsibility of leading the church. After receiving the Holy Spirit, Peter also confirmed the faith Jesus had on him. Shall we also proclaim, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God" and live a life to testify our Lord and build our Church?

“ஒரு வார்த்தை மட்டும் சொல்லும்; என் பையன் நலமடைவான்”- மத்தேயு 8: 8

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நூற்றுவர் தலைவரின் பணிவையும், அசைக்க முடியாத விசுவாசத்தையும் கண்டு இயேசு அவரது பணியாளரை குணப்படுத்துகிறார். மற்றவர்களின் பார்வையில் நாம் தகுதியானவர்கள் என்பதை நிரூபிக்க தொடர்ந்து அழுத்தும் உலகில் நாம் வாழ்கிறோம். நமது தகுதியின்மையை உணர்ந்து, கிறிஸ்துவின் கிருபையின் பரிசு நமது கறைபடிந்த ஆன்மாக்களைச் சுத்திகரித்து, அவருடைய தியாகத்தை மட்டுமே நம்பி, நமது மதிப்பை வரையறுக்க அனுமதிப்போம்.

Jesus heals the centurion’s servant seeing his humbleness and unshakable faith. We live in a world filled with constant pressure to prove ourselves worthy in the eyes of others. Let us recognize our unworthiness and allow the gift of Christ’s grace to cleanse our tainted souls, relying solely on His sacrifice to define our worth.

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“மனம் மாறத் தேவையில்லாத் தொண்ணூற்றொன்பது நேர்மையாளர்களைக் குறித்து உண்டாகும் மகிழ்ச்சியை விட, மனம் மாறிய ஒரு பாவியைக் குறித்து விண்ணுலகில் மிகுதியான மகிழ்ச்சி உண்டாகும்” - லூக்கா15: 7

“There will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent”- Luke 15: 7

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

ஒரு பாவி மனந்திரும்பும்போது பிதா அனுபவிக்கும் மகிழ்ச்சியை நாம் காண வேண்டும் என்று இயேசு விரும்புகிறார். நம் பாவங்களுக்காக மனந்திரும்பும்போது, ​​அவர் நம்மை அரவணைக்கக் காத்திருக்கிறார். நாம் உணர்தல் மற்றும் மனந்திரும்புதல் நிலையில் இருக்கிறோமா அல்லது நம் பாவங்களை மறுத்து நியாயப்படுத்தி போலியான கிறிஸ்தவ வாழ்க்கையை நடத்துகிறோமா?

Jesus wants us to see the joy the Father experiences when just one sinner repents. He is waiting to embrace us when we repent over our sins. Are we in a state of realization and repentance or leading a fake Christian life by denying and justifying our sins?

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“உங்களை எனக்குத் தெரியவே தெரியாது. நெறி கேடாகச் செயல்படுவோரே, என்னை விட்டு அகன்று போங்கள்” -  மத்தேயு 7: 22

 "I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness" - Matthew 7: 22

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

இயேசு உண்மையான அதிகாரத்துடன் பேசினார், அது கூட்டத்தின் இதயங்களைத் துளைத்தது. கூட்டத்தினரைப் போல நாமும் ஆச்சரியப்படுகிறோமா என்பது கேள்வி அல்ல, மாறாக கடமையால் அல்ல, அன்பினால் அவரைப் பின்பற்ற நாம் தயாராக இருக்கிறோமா என்பதுதான் கேள்வி. நமது விசுவாசம் அன்பினால் உந்தப்பட்டதா அல்லது பெயரளவில் மட்டுமே கத்தோலிக்க அடையாளத்தைப் பேணுகிறதா?

Jesus spoke with real authority which pierced the hearts of the crowd. The question is not whether we are amazed like the crowd were, but whether we are ready to follow Him not from obligation but out of love. Is our faith genuine, driven by love or is it merely maintaining a Catholic identity in name only?

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

நல்ல மரமெல்லாம் நல்ல கனிகளைக் கொடுக்கும். கெட்ட மரம் நச்சுக் கனிகளைக் கொடுக்கும் - மத்தேயு 7: 17

Every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit- Matthew 7: 17

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நமது வாழ்க்கையையும், நாம் உற்பத்தி செய்யும் ஆன்மீக பலன்களையும் ஆராய்ந்து, நமது நம்பிக்கைகள் மற்றும் செயல்களுக்கு இடையில் நிலையாக இருக்க, இயேசு நம்மை ஊக்குவிக்கிறார். ஏனென்றால், நமது மனமாற்றம் மட்டுமே நமது வெளிப்புற நடத்தையை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது. நமது நம்பிக்கையை உண்மையான மற்றும் உறுதியான முறையில் வாழ்வதற்கான சவாலை எதிர்கொள்ள நாம் தயாரா?

Jesus urges us to examine our lives and the spiritual fruits we are producing, and be consistent between our beliefs and actions, since only our inner transformation manifests our outward behavior. Are we ready to be challenging Christians to live out our faith in a genuine and tangible way?

ஏனெனில் அக்குழந்தை ஆண்டவருடைய கைவன்மையைப் பெற்றிருந்தது. லூக்கா 1: 66

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

மனந்திரும்புதலின் செய்தியைப் பிரசங்கிக்க, மெசியாவாகிய இயேசுவின் வருகைக்குத் தயாராகும்படி மக்களை அழைக்க, யோவான் கடவுளால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கப்பட்டார். நாமும் கடவுளின் விருப்பத்தை நிறைவேற்றுவதற்காகவே பிறந்திருக்கிறோம்.

நாம் அவருடைய சித்தத்தின்படி நம் வாழ்க்கையை வாழ்கிறோமா அல்லது இந்த உலகத்தின் தரத்தின்படி வாழ்கிறோமா?

John was chosen and empowered by God to preach the message of repentance, calling people to prepare for the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. We too are born for a purpose to fulfill God’s will. Are we living our lives in accordance with His will or standards of this world?

நீங்கள் அளிக்கும் தீர்ப்பையே நீங்களும் பெறுவீர்கள். நீங்கள் எந்த அளவையால் அளக்கிறீர்களோ, அதே அளவையாலே உங்களுக்கும் அளக்கப்படும். -  மத்தேயு 7: 3

For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. - Matthew 7: 2

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நாம் மற்றவர்களுக்கு  பொருத்தும் தரநிலைகள் நமக்கும் பொருந்தும் என்று இயேசு கற்பிக்கிறார். மற்றவர்கள் நம்மை எப்படி நடத்த விரும்புகிறோமோ  அப்படியே மற்றவர்களை நாம் நடத்தவும், நம் தீர்ப்புகளில் கருணை மற்றும் புரிதலுக்கான நிலையை வளர்க்கவும் நாம் தயாரா?

Jesus teaches that the standards we apply to others will be applied to us. Are we ready to treat others as we would like to be treated, fostering a community of grace and understanding for humility in our judgments?

June 22

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

இயேசு அவர்களிடம், ``நீங்களே அவர்களுக்கு உணவு கொடுங்கள்'' என்றார். லூக்கா 9: 13

Jesus replied, “You give them something to eat.” Luke 9: 13

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

இந்த வசனம், இயேசு திரளான மக்களுக்கு உணவளித்த அற்புதத்திற்கு களம் அமைக்கிறது. கடக்க முடியாததாகத் தோன்றும் சவால்களை எதிர்கொள்ளும்போது கூட, கடவுளின் ஏற்பாட்டில் நம்பிக்கை வைக்க இது நம்மை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது. கடவுளின் வேலையின் ஒரு பகுதியாக, எவ்வளவு சிறியதாக இருந்தாலும், அவர் மீது நம்பிக்கை வைத்து, நம்மிடம் உள்ளதை வழங்க நாம் தயாராக இருக்கிறோமா?

This verse sets the stage for the miracle of Jesus multiplying a few loaves and fish to feed the multitude. It encourages us to trust in God's provision, even when facing seemingly insurmountable challenges. Are we willing to trust in Him and offer whatever we have, no matter how small, as part of God's work?

June 21

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“கவலை கொள்ளாதீர்கள். ஏனெனில் பிற இனத்தவரே இவற்றை எல்லாம் நாடுவர்; உங்களுக்கு இவை யாவும் தேவை என உங்கள் விண்ணகத் தந்தைக்குத் தெரியும்”  -  மத்தேயு 6:31,32

“Do not worry; It is the gentiles who set their hearts on all these things. Your heavenly Father knows you need them all.” - Matthew 6:31,32

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நமது அன்பார்ந்த தேவன் நம் ஒவ்வொருவரையும் எந்த குறையும் இல்லாமல் பாதுகாக்கிறார் . அவர் நம்மிடம் கேட்பதெல்லாம் அவர் வார்த்தையை கேட்டு அவர் வழி நடப்பது மட்டுமே. ஆனால் நாமோ உலக காரியங்கள் மேல் கவனம் செலுத்தி கடவுளோடு நேரம் செலவிடாமல்  வாழ்கிறோம். உலக ஆசைக்காக கவலை படுவதை விட்டு கடவுள் மேல்  நம்பிக்கை வளர்த்து அவரோடு இணைந்து வாழ முயல்வோமா? 

Our loving God blesses each one of us with our necessities and protects us as His children. And all He expects from us is to read the word of God and lead a life pleasing Him. But we waste all our time for worldly things & don't have time for God

Can we stop worrying unnecessarily for the worldly happiness and try to spend time with God every day and build our faith on God and lead a life united with Him?

June 20

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“உங்கள் செல்வம் எங்கு உள்ளதோ அங்கே உங்கள் உள்ளமும் இருக்கும்”  -  மத்தேயு 6:21

“For wherever your treasure is, there will your heart be too.” - Matthew 6:21

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் நம் அனைவரையுமே தேவைக்கேற்ப செல்வத்தை கொடுத்து ஆசீர்வதித்திருக்கிறார்.. ஆனால் நாமோ பல நேரங்களில் பேராசையால் மேலும் மேலும் செல்வம் சேர்க்க உலக காரியங்களில் கவனம் செலுத்தி கடவுளை மறந்து நடக்கிறோம். இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவே நம் வாழ்வின் மெய்யான செல்வம்.. அவரை நாம் பற்றிக்கொண்டு வாழ்ந்து, நிலைவாழ்வு என்னும் மேலான செல்வத்தை பெற முயல்வோமா? சிந்திப்போம். 

God blesses everyone of us with wealth as per our necessity. But many a times out of greed, we keep looking to increase our wealth and run behind it and lose  focus on God.  Jesus Christ is the only true treasure in our life. Can we try to lead a life united with Him to receive the greatest treasure of eternal life?

June 19

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“நீங்கள் கேட்கும் முன்னரே உங்கள் தேவையை உங்கள் தந்தை அறிந்திருக்கிறார்”  -  மத்தேயு 6:8

“Your Father knows what you need before you ask him.” - Matthew 6:8

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் செபம் வழியாக நம்மோடு உறவாடுகிறார், அவருடைய திட்டத்தை நமக்கு வெளிப்படுத்து கிறார்.. ஆனால் நாமோ செபத்தை நம் தேவைகளை பட்டியலிடும் கருவியாக தான் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம்.  கடவுள் நமக்கு தகுந்த வேளையில் நம் தேவைகளை அவரின் திட்டத்தின் படி நிறைவேற்றுவார் என்ற நம்பிக்கையில் அன்றாடம் செபிப்பதை வழக்கமாக்கி கொள்வோமா? சிந்திப்போம் 

Prayer helps us form a special bond with God and also helps us to reveal His plan. But many a times we use prayer as a tool to list out our demands to God. God grants us our needs at the right time as per His plan. Can we try to spend some time in prayer every day to strengthen our relationship with God?

June 18

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“அனைத்து நற்செயல்களையும் செய்வதற்குத் தேவையானதெல்லாம் உங்களுக்கு மிகுதியாகவே தருவார்”  -  கொரிந்தியர் 6:8

“God is perfectly able to enrich you with every grace, so that you always have enough for every conceivable need, and your resources overflow in all kinds of good work.” - Corinthians 6:8

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் நம் ஒவ்வொருவரையும் அவரின் திட்டத்திற்காக சிறப்பாக அழைத்திருக்கிறார்.. அவரின் திட்டத்தில் ஏழை பணக்காரர் மிகுதியானவர் குறைந்தவர் என அனைவருக்குமே முக்கிய பங்கும் உண்டு.. ஞானத்திலும் செல்வத்திலும் நம்மை ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறார் என்றால் நம் வழியாக பிறருக்கு உதவுதற்கே.. கடவுளின் திட்டத்திற்காக நம்மையே கையளித்து அவரின் பணியை நம் வழியாக சிறப்பிக்க கடவுளின் ஆசீரை பெற முயல்வோமா? சிந்திப்போம் 

God has invited each one of us specially to fulfill His plan. Be it people who are rich or poor, needy or abundant, everyone has a special role in the plan of God. It is the same reason that God has blessed us with abundant wealth and knowledge, thereby help the people in need through us. Can we surrender ourselves to God’s plan and be an instrument to fulfill the plan of God in this world?

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“உங்கள் பகைவரிடமும் அன்புகூருங்கள்; உங்களைத் துன்புறுத்துவோருக்காக இறைவனிடம் வேண்டுங்கள்”  -  மத்தேயு 5:44

“ I say this to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you” - Matthew 5:44

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் நம் அனைவர் மேலும் எந்த ஒரு பாகுபாடுமில்லாமல் அன்பு செலுத்துகிறார் .. ஆனால் அந்த அன்பை நாம் பிறர் மீது காட்ட பல நிபந்தனை வைக்கிறோம்..

பாவிகளான நம்மை நேசிக்கும் நம் கடவுள் போல, நாமும் நல்லவர், தீங்கு செய்பவர், நண்பர், பகைவர் என்று பாராமல் நேசிக்க முயற்சி செய்வோமா? சிந்திப்போம் 

God loves each one of us without any differences. But we show partiality to share the same love to others, that we received from God. 

Like our God, who loves us, in spite of we being sinners, can we also try to love others irrespective of whether they are good or bad, friends or enemies?

June 16

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“அனைத்துச் சூழ்நிலைகளிலும் நாங்கள் கடவுளின் பணியாளர்கள் என்பதை எங்கள் நடத்தையால் காட்டுகிறோம்”  - 2 கொரிந்தியர் 6:4

“In everything we prove ourselves authentic servants of God; by resolute perseverance in times of hardships, difficulties and distress” - 2 Corinthians 6:4

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கிறிஸ்துவை பின்பற்றும் நம் அனைவருக்குமே கடவுளின் பணியை மண்ணில் தொடரும் கடமை உண்டு. பொது நிலையினராகிய நமக்கு கடவுளின் வார்த்தையை நாம் வாழும் வாழ்க்கை வழியாக பிறர் அறிந்துகொள்வதயே நம்மிடம் கடவுள் எதிர்பார்க்கிறார். இயேசுவின் இறைபணியை இவ்வுலகில் தொடர முன்மாதிரியான வாழ்க்கையை வாழ முயல்வோமா? 

We, the followers of Christ have got the responsibility of continuing the mission of God. God expects us, the laity people to lead an example life following the preaching of God and there by make Christ known to other people. Can we try to spread the word of God by leading a true Christian life?

June 15

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“நாம் பெற்றுள்ள தூய ஆவியின் வழியாய்க் கடவுளின் அன்பு நம் உள்ளங்களில் பொழியப் பட்டுள்ளது”  - உரோமயர் 5:5

“The love of God has been poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit which has been given to us” -Romans 5:5 

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் தமது பிள்ளைகளாகிய நமக்கு கொடுத்திருக்கும் பெரிய அருட்கொடை தூய ஆவி. அனைத்து வேலைகளிலும் நமக்கு உறுதுணையாக இருக்கும் தூய ஆவியுடன் அவரின் கணிகளான அன்பு, ஞானம் போன்ற ஆசீரையும் அருளுகிறார். கடவுளிடமிருந்து பெற்ற அன்பை நமக்கு மட்டும் வைத்துக்கொள்ளாமல் பிறருக்கும் பகிர்ந்தளித்து அன்பால் கடவுளின் அரசை உலகில் கட்டியெழுப்ப முயல்வோமா?

Holy Spirit is the Greatest Gift from God to His children. The Holy Spirit being our companion in all situations also grants us the Fruits of Love, Wisdom as His Blessings. Are we ready to Share the Love that we received from God to others and build the kingdom of God with Love on earth?

 மனதில் பதிக்க 

நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்கிறேன்: ஆணையிடவே வேண்டாம். - மத்தேயு 5:33

மனதில் சிந்திக்க 

உண்மையைப் பேசுவது பரிசுத்தமானது என்பதை இயேசு நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகிறார்.நாம் உண்மையாக வாழும் போது, நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையின் மூலம் கடவுள்  விசுவாசமிக்கவர், தூய்மையுள்ளவர் மற்றும் நம்பிக்கைக்குரியவர் என்பதை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறோம்.

நம்முடைய "ஆம்" என்பது உண்மையிலேயே ஆம் என்றும், நம்முடைய "இல்லை" என்பது உண்மையிலேயே இல்லை என்றும் மற்றவர்களால் நம்ப முடியுமா?

Jesus reminds us that speaking the truth is holy. When we are honest and clear, we show others that God is faithful, pure, and trustworthy. Can others trust that our "yes" truly means yes, and my "no" truly means, no?

 மனதில் பதிக்க 

ஆண்டவரே, நான் உமக்கு நன்றிப் பலி செலுத்துவேன்.- திருப்பாடல்கள் 116:10-11

To you, Lord, I will offer a sacrifice of praise. - Psalm 116:10-11

மனதில் சிந்திக்க 

நாம் சோதனைகளையும் கஷ்டங்களையும் எதிர்கொள்ளும்போது, கடவுள்  மீதுள்ள விசுவாசம் நமக்கு பலத்தைத் தருகிறது, அவர் மீதுள்ள விசுவாசம் மலைகளையே நகர்த்தும். நம்முடைய  துன்ப நேரங்களில் விசுவாசத்தைப் பற்றிக் கொண்டு, நம்மால் பார்க்க இயலாத பொழுதிலும்  கடவுள் நம்முடன் கூட இருக்கிறார் என்று நம்புகிறோமா?

When we face trials and hardships, faith in the Lord gives us strength and trusting in Him can move mountains. Do we hold onto faith even in our lowest moments, trusting that God is still at work even when we cannot see it?
