ஆகையால் விண்ணரசு பற்றிக் கற்றுக்கொண்ட எல்லா மறைநூல் அறிஞரும் தம் கருவூலத்திலிருந்து புதியவற்றையும் பழையவற்றையும் வெளிக்கொணரும் வீட்டு உரிமையாளரைப் போல் இருக்கின்றனர். மத்தேயு 13:52

Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old. Matthew 13:52

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் தம்முடைய வார்த்தையை பொக்கிஷமாகக் கருதுபவர்களுக்கு பலம், ஆசீர்வாதம் மற்றும் மகிழ்ச்சியைக் கொடுக்கிறார். கடவுளின் கட்டளைகள் அனைத்தையும் பற்றிக்கொள்ள நாம் உறுதியளிக்கிறோமா?

The Lord gives strength, blessing, and joy to those who treasure all of His word. Do we promise to keep all of God's commands?

வணிகர் ஒருவர் நல்முத்துகளைத் தேடிச் செல்கிறார். விலை உயர்ந்த ஒரு முத்தைக் கண்டவுடன் அவர் போய்த் தமக்குள்ள யாவற்றையும் விற்று அதை வாங்கிக் கொள்கிறார். விண்ணரசு அந்நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு ஒப்பாகும்.  மத்தேயு 13: 45,46

The kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls, 46 who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it. Matthew 13: 45,46

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நம் வாழ்க்கையை கடவுள் அளிக்கும் வாழ்க்கைக்காகப் பரிமாறிக் கொள்ளும்போது, ஒப்பிட முடியாத ஒரு பொக்கிஷத்தைப் பெறுகிறோம். பொக்கிஷம் பெற தயாரா?

When we exchange our lives for the life that God offers, we receive a treasure beyond compare. Are we ready to receive the treasure?

மார்த்தா, மார்த்தா! நீ பலவற்றைப் பற்றிக் கவலைப்பட்டுக் கலங்குகிறாய். லூக்கா 10:41

Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things. Luke 10:41

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நாம் எப்போதும் ஏதோ ஒன்றில் மூழ்கியிருப்பது, நம்மை இறை வார்த்தையை கேட்டு அதில் முழு கவனம் செலுத்துவதிலிருந்து தடுக்கின்றது. இறை வார்த்தை கேட்பதன் மூலம் கிடைக்கும் அருள், தேவையற்ற கவலைகள் மற்றும் பதட்டங்களிலிருந்து நம்மை விடுவிக்கிறது. நாம் இறைவனுக்கு முன்னுரிமை கொடுத்து அவரை கவனத்துடன் தேடுகிறோமா?

Our minds being preoccupied with something, keep us from listening to the word of God and from giving the Lord our undivided attention. The grace we receive from the word, frees us from needless concerns and preoccupation. Do we prioritize and seek the Lord attentively?

பெண் ஒருவர் புளிப்பு மாவை எடுத்து மூன்று மரக்கால் மாவில் பிசைந்து வைத்தார். மாவு முழுவதும் புளிப்பேறியது. விண்ணரசு இப்புளிப்பு மாவுக்கு ஒப்பாகும். மத்தேயு 13:33

The kingdom of heaven is like leaven which a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened. Matthew 13:33

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுளின் வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்பவரின் இதயங்கள், கண்ணுக்குத் தெரியாமல் செயல்பட்டு, உள்ளிருந்து ஒரு மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது. நாம் அவர் வார்த்தைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளத் தயாரா?

For those who are receptive to God's words, it starts from the heart and works unseen to cause a transformation from within. Are we ready to be receptive?

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

கேட்போர் எல்லாரும் பெற்றுக் கொள்கின்றனர்; தேடுவோர் கண்டடைகின்றனர்; தட்டுவோருக்குத் திறக்கப்படும். லூக்கா 11:10

For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Luke 11:10 

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் நமக்கு ஏராளமான அற்புத வாக்குறுதிகளைக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார், எனவே நம் இதயக் கதவை அகலமாகத் திறந்து வைத்து, மகிழ்ச்சியுடனும் நம்பிக்கையுடனும் இறைவனிடம் ஜெபிப்போம்.

God has given us so many wonderful promises, let us keep the door to our hearts wide open and pray to the Lord with joy and confidence.

"அறுவடை வரை, இரண்டையும் வளர விடுங்கள்"- மத்தேயு 13: 24-30

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நமது ஆன்மீக பயணத்தில் நன்மை மற்றும் தீமையை  சந்திக்க நேரிடும் , கடவுள் மீது நம்பிக்கை வைத்து நமது விசுவாசத்தில் உறுதியாக இருந்தால் நாம்  அவருடைய அன்பு மற்றும் கருணையின் கருவிகளாக மாறுவோம். நாம் மற்றவர்களை தீர்ப்பிடாமல் அவர்களின் மனம் மாற்றத்திற்காக ஜெபிப்போமா ?

In our spiritual journey we will encounter good and evil, but if we trust in God and remain steadfast in our faith, we will become instruments of His love and mercy. Rather than judging others, can we pray for their conversion with love and compassion?

"கண்ணீரோடு விதைப்பவர்கள் அக்களிப்போடு அறுவடை செய்வார்கள்"- திபா 126:5

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

ஆண்டவர் தம் மக்களை சீயோனின் சிறைவாசத்திலிருந்து சொந்த நாட்டுக்குத் திருப்பியது போல, நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கையிலும் அவர் நம்மை குணப்படுத்தி புதிய வாழ்வை அளிக்க முடியும். நாம் இன்னும் பதிலை காணாத போதும், கடவுளின்  நேரத்தை நம்பி, விசுவாசமாக இருக்க முடியுமா?

God brought His people home from exile, He can bring healing and new life to us too. Can we trust God’s timing and stay faithful, even when we do not see the results yet?

மக்கள் அனைவர்க்கும் முன்பாக ஆண்டவர் சீனாய் மலைமேல் இறங்கி வருவார். - விடுதலைப் பயணம் 19:11

LORD will come down on Mount Sinai before the eyes of all the people - Exodus 19:11

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

ஆண்டவர் மோயீசனிடம் மக்களை தம் வருகைக்காக தூய்மையாய் இருக்கும் படி கட்டளையிட்டார். நாமும் திருப்பலிக்குச் செல்லும் முன்  ஆன்மீக  பரிசோதனை செய்து, பாவங்களை ஒப்புக்கொண்டு பலிபீடத்தை ஆழ்ந்த பயபக்தியுடன் அணுக அழைக்கப்படுகிறோம். திருப்பலிக்கு வந்து இயேசுவை நற்கருணையில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கு முன், இருதயத்தைத் தயார்படுத்திக் கொள்ள நாம் நேரம் ஒதுக்குகிறோமா?

Just as the Israelites were instructed to sanctify themselves before encountering God at Mount Sinai, we are called to reflect on our hearts, confess our sins, and approach the altar with deep reverence to prepare to receive Holy Communion. Do we take time to prepare our hearts before coming to Mass and receiving Jesus in the Eucharist?

"நூறு மடங்காக விளைச்சலைக் கொடுத்தன".மத்தேயு - 13: 1

"They yielded a hundredfold". Matthew - 13:1

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நல்ல நிலத்தில் விழுந்து பலன் தருகின்ற விதைகளை போல, கடவுளின் வார்த்தைகளை நாம் உள்வாங்கி அதன்படி நாம் வாழ்ந்தால் அவரது வார்த்தை ஆழமாக வேர் கொண்டு நம் வாழ்வில் நல்ல பழங்களைத் தரும். கடவுளுடைய வார்த்தை ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் நம் இருதயங்களில் ஆழமாக வளர நாம் அனுமதிக்கிறோமா?

Just like the seeds that fell on good soil and produced fruit, when we receive God’s word and live according to it, His word takes deep root and bears good fruit in our lives. Are we allowing God’s word to grow deep in our hearts every day?

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

"ஆண்டவரே! உம் வார்த்தைகள் வாழ்வு தரும் ஆவியைக் கொடுக்கின்றன" - திருப்பாடல்கள் 63:2

"My soul is thirsting for you, O Lord my God" - Psalm 63:2

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நாம் ஆண்டவரை ஜெபத்திலும், புகழ்ந்து போற்றி திவ்வியநற்கருணை உட்கொள்ளும்போது மகிழ்ச்சி அடைவதன்  மூலம் நம் ஆன்ம தாகம் தீர்க்கிறது. நாம் எங்கே மன திருப்தியைத் தேடுகிறோம்—உலக விஷயங்களில், அல்லது கடவுளின் அன்பிலா  ?

 

When we spend time in prayer, praise, and receive the Eucharist, we are filled with His peace and joy that quenches the spiritual thirst. Where do we seek satisfaction—in worldly things, or in God’s love?

July 21

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

"தீர்ப்பு நாளில் தென்னாட்டு அரசி இத்தலைமுறையினரோடு எழுந்து இவர்களைக் கண்டனம் செய்வார்" - மத்தேயு 12:38

"At the judgment the queen of the south will arise with this generation and condemn it"- Matthew 12:38

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

இயேசு நம்மை ஆன்மீகக் குருட்டுத்தன்மையில் விழாமல், காணாமல் நம்பும் நம்பிக்கையில் வளர அழைக்கிறார். அவர் எப்போதும் அற்புதங்கள் மூலம் தன்னை வெளிப்படுத்துவதில்லை; மாறாக ஜெபத்தின் அமைதிலும், வார்த்தையின் உண்மையிலும், மற்றும் அவர் அன்புக்கு கீழ்ப்படிதலில் மூலம் வெளிபடுத்துகிறார்.நாம் சில நேரங்களில், கடவுள்மேல் முழுமையாக நம்பிக்கை வைக்காமல், சதுசேயர் மற்றும் பரிசேயர்கள் போல அடையாளங்கள் அல்லது சான்றுகள் வேண்டுகிறோமா?

Jesus calls us to strengthen our faith to believe even without seeing, and to not fall into spiritual blindness. His presence is not always revealed through miracles, but often found in the stillness of prayer, the truth of His Word, and in our obedience to His love. Do we sometimes seek signs or proofs like scribes and Pharisees from God instead of trusting Him fully?

என் தலைவரே, நீர் உம் அடியானை விட்டுக் கடந்து போகாதிருப்பீராக! தொடக்க நூலிலிருந்து வாசகம் 18:1

Sir, if I may ask you this favor, please do not go on past your servant.  Genesis 18:1

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

கடவுள் பெரும்பாலும் நம் வாழ்வில் எளிமையான, அன்றாட தருணங்கள் மூலம் நம்மை சந்திக்கிறார். சில நேரங்களில் நாம் எதிர்பார்க்காதவர்களின் வாயிலாகவும் அவர் வருகிறார்.ஆபிரகாமைப் போல, நாம் அன்பும், தயவும், கனிவும் காட்டும்போது, நம் இதயங்களை இறைவனின் சன்னிதிக்கு திறக்கிறோம்.அதற்குப் பதிலாக, கடவுள் நம்மை தெய்வீக அருளால் ஆசீர்வதிக்கிறார். நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ளவர்களில் நாம் ஆண்டவரை காண்கிறோமா?

God enters our lives through simple, everyday moments, and sometimes through people we least expect. Like Abraham, when we show love, offer kindness, and act with generosity, we open our hearts to God's presence and in return, God blesses us with divine grace. Do we see our Lord in those around us?

July 19

 மனதில் பதிக்க 

 “எல்லா மக்களினங்களும் இவர் பெயரில் நம்பிக்கை கொள்வர்.”  - ( மத்தேயு 12:21)

And in his name the Gentiles will hope. - Matthew 12:21

 மனதில் சிந்திக்க

கடவுள் தம் மக்களை பாவத்தில் இருந்து மீட்கவே தம் ஒரே மகனை உலகிற்கு அனுப்பினார்.. இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவும் சிலுவையில் நமக்காக தம் உயிரையே அர்ப்பணித்தார்.. அவரின் வார்த்தையை கேட்டு அவர் வழி நடக்க அழைக்கப்பட்ட நாமும் ஒரே மெய்யான கடவுள் மேல் நம்பிக்கை வைத்து அவருக்கு உகந்த வாழ்வை வாழ முயற்சி செய்வோமா

God sent His only son into this world to redeem us from our sins. And Jesus Christ laid His life on the Cross for us. We who have been called to hear His words, can we put our faith in Him and lead a life pleasing God?

July 18

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“பலியை அல்ல, இரக்கத்தையே விரும்புகிறேன் ” -  மத்தேயு 12:7

“Mercy is what pleases me, not sacrifice” - Matthew 12:7

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் தம் பிள்ளைகள் மேல் அளவு கடந்த அன்பு கொண்டுள்ளார். நம் அனைத்து தேவைகளையும் அறிந்து தகுந்த வேளையில் நமக்கு ஆசீர் வழங்குகிறார். அதற்கு அவர் நம்மிடம் எதிர்பார்ப்பது நாமும் அவரை போல் பாவமில்லா வாழ்க்கையை வாழ வேண்டும் என்பது மட்டுமே. கடவுளுக்கு நம் பாவங்களை மன்னிக்க சன்மானம் கொடுக்காமல் , அதற்காக முழுவதுமாக மனம் வருந்தி கடவுளுக்கு உகந்த பாதையில் வாழ முயல்வோமா? 

God shows abundant love on His children. He takes care of all our needs and grants our wishes at the right time. And all He expects from us is to lead a life without sin. Instead of giving offering as a token to forgive our sins, can we try to truly repent for our sins and lead a life in God’s way?

July 17

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“பெருஞ்சுமை சுமந்து சோர்ந்திருப்பவர்களே, எல்லாரும் என்னிடம் வாருங்கள். நான் உங்களுக்கு இளைப்பாறுதல் தருவேன். ” -  மத்தேயு 11:28

“Come to me, all you who labor and are overburdened, and I will give you rest.” - Matthew 11:28

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

மனிதனாக பிறந்த அனைவருமே பல்வேறு விதமான சுமைகளால் சோர்ந்து இருக்கிறோம். எல்லாவித பிரச்சனைகளில் இருந்தும் , எந்த பெரிய துன்பமானாலும், நமக்கு இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவால் மட்டுமே இளைப்பாறுதல் தர முடியும் என்ற நம்பிக்கைவூட்டும் நற்செய்தி ஆறுதல் அளிக்கிறது. மீட்பின் தேவனை உருக்கமாக பற்றிக்கொண்டு நிலையான மகிழ்ச்சியை பெற இறைவனிடம் முழுவதுமாய் சரணடைவோமா? 

Everyone in this world is leading a life burdened by various responsibilities. It is for us that Jesus gives the promising good news that He is always there for us to comfort and be the solutions for any huge challenges or problems. Are we ready to surrender completely to our Savior & get blessed with abundant happiness?

July 16

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“மகனும் அவர் யாருக்கு வெளிப்படுத்த வேண்டுமென்று விரும்புகிறாரோ அவருமன்றி வேறு எவரும் தந்தையை அறியார்” -  மத்தேயு 11:27

“ No one knows the Son except the Father, just as no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” - Matthew 11:27

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கிறிஸ்துவர்களாய் பிறந்த நாம் ஒவ்வொருவருமே அவரால் தேர்ந்துக்கொள்ள பட்டவர்கள்.. இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் வார்த்தையை அறிந்து அவர் பாதையில் நடக்க அழைக்கப்பட்ட நாம் அனைவரும் அவரின் பிள்ளை என்ற தகுதி பெற்றுள்ளோம். எனவே மெய்யான கடவுள் மேல் நம்பிக்கை வளர்த்து அவர் வாக்களித்த நிலை வாழ்வை பெற முயல்வோமா? சிந்திப்போம்? 

We, Christians, are the chosen ones of God. We who have been invited to know about Jesus Christ and follow his preachings have got the special privilege to be called the Children of God. So, shall we build our faith on our only true God and live united with Him to receive the promised rewards of Eternal life?

July 15

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“ஏனெனில் உன்னிடம் செய்யப்பட்ட வல்ல செயல்கள் சோதோமில் செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தால் அது இன்றுவரை நிலைத்திருக்குமே” -  மத்தேயு 11:24

“Still, I tell you that it will be more bearable for Sodom on Judgement Day than for you.'” - Matthew 11:24

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

பாவம் செய்வது மனித இயல்பு.. பாவிகளாக இருப்பினும் நமது அன்பான இறைவன் நம்மை என்றும் நேசிக்கிறார். நாம் எத்தகைய பாவிகளாக இருந்தாலும் நம்மை மனம்மாறி ஏற்றுகொள்ள  தையாராக இருக்கிறார். அவரின் இரகத்தின்  வழியாக பாவ வாழ்கையை விட்டு கடவுளின் ஆசிரை பெற முயல்வோமா? 

It is human nature to sin. Though being sinners, our loving God never forsakes us or stops loving us. If we are ready to repent for our sins and turn back to God, He is always ready to accept us as His children. Are we ready to get His Mercy and leave out the sinful life and receive the blessings of God?

July 14

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“நாம் சொல்லிலும் பேச்சிலும் அல்ல, செயலில் உண்மையான அன்பை விளங்கச் செய்வோம்” - 1 யோவான் 8:18

“Our love must be not just words or mere talk, but something active and genuine.” - 1 John 8:18

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நம் கிறிஸ்துவத்தின் அடித்தளம் அன்பு. அன்பு கட்டளையை கொடுத்த நம் இயேசு கிறிஸ்து , அதை தம் வாழ்க்கையில் வாழ்ந்தும் கட்டினார். பல நேரங்களில் பிறரிடம் எதிர்பார்க்கும் அன்பை  நாம் பிறருக்கு கொடுக்க மனமில்லாமல் வாழ்கிறோம். ஏசுவின் சீடராக அவரின் வார்த்தையை கேட்டு அதன் படி வழி நடக்கும் நாமும் அவரை போல் அன்பை நம் வாழ்விலும் பிரதிபலிக்க முயல்வோமா  ? 

Love is the base of our Christianity. Jesus not just gave the commandment of loving one another, but he practiced it in His Life and showed us. Many times, we expect love from others, but we fail to reciprocate the same love to others. We being the disciples of Jesus practice it in our life and try to reflect love in our life?

June 13

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

“உன் முழு இதயத்தோடும் முழு உள்ளத்தோடும் உன் கடவுளாகிய ஆண்டவரிடம் திரும்பு” - இணைச்சட்டம் 30:10

Return to Yahweh your God with all your heart and soul. - Deuteronomy 30:10

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் இறை வார்த்தை வழியாக தம் பிள்ளைகளாகிய நம்மோடு உறவாடுகிறார்.. ஆனால் நாமோ உலக ஆசைகளுக்காக பாவம் என்று தெரிந்தும் அவற்றின் பின் நடந்து கடவுளிடமிருந்து விலகி செல்கிறோம். கடவுளின் வார்தையை வாசிப்பது வழியாக இறை உறவை வளர்த்து அவரின் பாதையில் நடந்து பாவமில்லா வாழ்க்கை வாழ முயல்வோமா  ? 

God interacts with his Children and builds a relationship through the word of God. But many a times we run behind the worldly pleasures and knowingly follow a sinful path and move away from God. Can we read the word of God daily and thereby build a strong bonding with God and try to lead a life without sin?

July 12

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

ஆன்மாவைக் கொல்ல இயலாமல், உடலை மட்டும் கொல்பவர்களுக்கு அஞ்ச வேண்டாம். ஆன்மாவையும் உடலையும் நரகத்தில் அழிக்க வல்லவருக்கே அஞ்சுங்கள். மத்தேயு 10:28

And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather, be afraid of the one who can destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. - Matthew 10:28

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நாம் அநேக சமயங்களில் மனிதர்களுக்கு பயந்து செயல்படுகின்றோம். ஆனால் இறைவன் எல்லாவற்றையும் காண்கின்றார். நம் எண்ணங்களையும் அறிகின்றார். எனவே இறை அச்சத்தோடு சிந்திக்கவும் பேசவும் செயல்படவும் முன்வருவோமா ?

We often act out of fear for our fellow human beings. But God sees everything. He knows our thoughts. Shall we think, speak, and act with the fear of God?

July 11

 மனதில் பதிக்க… 

நீங்கள் என்ன பேச வேண்டும் என்பது அந்நேரத்தில் உங்களுக்கு அருளப்படும். ஏனெனில் பேசுபவர் நீங்கள் அல்ல. மாறாக, உங்கள் தந்தையின் ஆவியாரே உங்கள் வழியாய்ப் பேசுவார். -  மத்தேயு 10:19

You will be given at that moment what you are to say. For it will not be you who speak but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you. - Matthew 10:19

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

கடவுள் நம்மை தன்னை நோக்கி வர அழைக்கிறார், அவர் தமது வழியில் செயல்பட்டு நம்மை தன் சொந்த பிள்ளைகளாக ஆவியிலேயே நடக்க  அழைக்கின்றார் எனவே நம்பிக்கையுடன் அவரை நோக்கிச் செல்வோம். தூய ஆவியை நாம் நம்மோடு பேசவும், நம்மில் செயல்படவும் அனுமதிப்போமா?

God calls us to come to Him; He works in His way and calls us to walk in the Spirit as His own children. So shall we go to Him with confidence. Shall we allow the Holy Spirit to speak to us and work in us?
