 மனதில் பதிக்க 

தம் ஒரே மகன்மீது நம்பிக்கை கொள்ளும் எவரும் அழியாமல் நிலைவாழ்வு பெறும் பொருட்டு அந்த மகனையே அளிக்கும் அளவுக்குக் கடவுள் உலகின்மேல் அன்புகூர்ந்தார். யோவான் 3:16 

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16  

மனதில் சிந்திக்க 

கடவுள் நம் ஒவ்வொருவரையும் நாம் ஒருவர் மட்டுமே இந்த உலகில் இருப்பது போல, தனித்துவமாகவும் தனிப்பட்ட முறையிலும் நேசிக்கிறார். நாம் யாரை மற்றும் எதை நேசிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் சுதந்திரத்தை கடவுள் நமக்குத் தருகிறார். நாம் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதில் ஞானமுள்ளவர்களாக இருப்போமா?

God loves each of us uniquely and personally, as if there were only one of us to love. God gives us the freedom to choose whom and what we will love. Shall we be wise in our choice?

 மனதில் பதிக்க 

காற்று விரும்பிய திசையில் வீசுகிறது. அதன் ஓசை உமக்குக் கேட்கிறது. ஆனால் அது எங்கிருந்து வருகிறது என்றும் எங்குச் செல்கிறது என்றும் உமக்குத் தெரியாது. தூய ஆவியால் பிறந்த அனைவருக்கும் இது பொருந்தும். யோவான் 3:8 

The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know whence it comes or whither it goes; so it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit. John 3:8 

மனதில் சிந்திக்க 

பரிசுத்த ஆவியில் இந்த மறுபிறப்பு மிகவும் உண்மையானது. நம் கண்களுக்குத் தெரியாமல் இருக்கும் போதும்  கூட உணரவும், கேட்கவும் முடியும் காற்றைப் போன்றது. பரிசுத்த ஆவியை நாம் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் உணர்ந்த நேரங்களைப் பற்றி சிந்திப்போம். 

This rebirth in the Spirit is very real, like the wind which can be felt and heard while it is visibly unseen to our eyes. Let us think of the times when we personally felt Holy Spirit's presence.

 மனதில் பதிக்க 

மறுபடியும் பிறந்தாலன்றி, எவரும் இறையாட்சியைக் காண இயலாது. யோவான் 3:3 

"unless one is born anew, he cannot see the kingdom of God". John 3:3 

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

உள் மாற்றத்தை விரும்பும் எவரும் அதைத் தானாகச் சாதிக்க முடியாது. இந்த மாற்றம் பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் செயல் மூலம் மட்டுமே நிகழ முடியும். பரிசுத்த ஆவியானவரே வாரும், என்று ஜெபிப்போம்! 

Anyone who wants to be changed from within, can't accomplish this by oneself. This change could only come through the work of the Holy Spirit. Let us pray Come Holy Spirit!

 மனதில் பதிக்க….

இதைச் சொன்னபின் அவர் அவர்கள்மேல் ஊதி, “தூய ஆவியைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளுங்கள்", என்றார். - யோவான் 20: 22

And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit". -  John 20: 22

மனதில் சிந்திக்க….

நாம் அவரைத் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் அறிந்துகொள்ள, அவருடைய உயிர்த்தெழுதலின்  வல்லமை  மூலம் நம் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் தம்முடைய பரிசுத்த ஆவியில், புதிய வாழ்க்கையை வழங்குகிறார். நமக்கு புதிய வாழ்க்கை, நம்பிக்கை மற்றும் மகிழ்ச்சியைக் கொண்டுவர பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் வல்லமையை நாம் நம்புகிறோமா?

The Lord offers each of us new life in His Holy Spirit that we may know Him personally and walk in this new way of life through the power of His resurrection. Do we believe in the power of Holy Spirit to bring us new life, hope, and joy?

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நாம் நமது வெறுமையிலும் இயேசுவை நம்பும் போது, அவர் நம்மால் நினைக்க முடியாத அளவிற்கு அருளால் நம் வாழ்க்கையை நிரப்புகிறார். அவர் அருளில் நனைந்து அவரை மகிமைப்படுத்துவோமா ?

When we trust Jesus even in our emptiness, He fills our lives with grace beyond what we can imagine. Shall we always praise the immense glory of God?

கட்டுவோர் புறக்கணித்த கல்லே கட்டடத்தின் மூலைக்கல் ஆயிற்று!. - திருப்பாடல்கள்  118:22

The stone rejected by the builders has become the cornerstone. Psalm 118:22

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

When we feel rejected or misunderstood, we should surrender ourselves to God in prayer, Jesus lifts us up and begins to work miracles in our lives. Can we trust that even in our trials and tribulations God is quietly at work, shaping something far greater than we could ever imagine?

நாம் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்போதும், பிறர் நம்மை தவறுதலாக புரிந்துகொள்ளும்போதும் கடவுளிடம் நம்மை காணிக்கையாக  அர்பணிப்போம். கடவுளின் ஆவி நம் வாழ்க்கையை கடவுளின் திருசித்தப்படி அனைவரும் வியக்கும்  வண்ணம் நம்மை வழிநடத்துவார் என நாம் விசுவசிப்போமா?

மெசியா துன்புற்று இறந்து மூன்றாம் நாள் உயிர்த்தெழ வேண்டும் என்று எழுதியுள்ளது. - லூக்கா 24: 35

Thus it is written that the Christ would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day. - Luke 24:35

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

இயேசு தம்மை மறுதலித்த மற்றும் காட்டிக்கொடுத்த சீடர்களுக்கு அப்பத்தையும் ,அமைதியையும் பகிர்கிறார். நாமும் நமக்கு நெருக்கமானவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமல்லாமல் , தேவைப்படுபவர்களுக்கும், குறிப்பாக மறக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கும், துன்பப்படுபவர்களுக்கும் அன்பையும் இரக்கத்தையும் வழங்குவதன் மூலம் நாம் அவரது வழிகளில் பின்பற்றி நடப்போமா?

Jesus had communion and offered peace to His disciples, who denied and betrayed Him. Can we walk in His footsteps by extending our love and compassion not only to those who are close to us, but also to those in need, especially the forgotten and the downhearted?

ஆண்டவரைத் தேடுவோரின் இதயம் அக்களிப்பதாக - திருப்பாடல்கள்-105:3

Rejoice, O hearts that seek the Lord. -Psalm-105:3

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நமது தேவையில் மட்டும் இல்லாமல், தொடர்ச்சியான ஏக்கத்தோடும் நாம் கடவுளைத் தேடும்போது,நம் இதயங்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியடையத் தொடங்குகின்றன என்பதை சங்கீதம் நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகிறது.அன்போடு அவரைத் தேடுபவர்களுக்கு,அவர் பலமாகவும் நம்பிக்கையாகவும் இருக்கிறார். அவர் தரும் ஆசிகளுக்காக  அல்ல, ஆனால் அவர் யாரென்பதற்காகவே தேடுவோமா ?

The Psalm reminds us that when we seek God not just in need, but with a continual longing our hearts begin to rejoice. To those who seek Him with love, He becomes strength and hope. Can we seek Him daily, not for His gifts, but for who He is?

Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ-Acts 2:36

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நாம் இயேசுவிடம் நம்மை ஒப்படைக்கும்போது, அவர் நமது பாவங்களை மன்னிப்பதுடன் மட்டுமல்லாமல், தமது பரிசுத்த ஆவியையும் நம்மேல் பொழிகிறார். நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ளவர்களின் இதயங்களை ஈர்த்து அவர்களுக்கு இரட்சிப்பைத் தருவதற்காக, அமைதியாகவும் மறைவான முறையிலும் இயேசு செயல்படுகிறார் என்பதில் நம்பிக்கைவைப்போமா?

When we surrender ourselves to Jesus, He, not only forgives our sins but pours out His Holy Spirit upon us. Can we trust that Christ works even in quiet and hidden ways, drawing hearts and bringing salvation to those around us?

என் சகோதரர்களிடம் சென்று, அவர்களைக் கலிலேயாவுக்குப் போகுமாறு சொல்லுங்கள். அங்கே அவர்கள் என்னைக் காண்பார்கள். மத்தேயு 28:8

Go tell my brothers that they should go into Galilee, and there they will see me. Matthew 28:8

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

நாம்  நம்பிக்கை வைத்து ஜெபத்தில் நம்மை ஒப்புக்கொடுத்து, நம் இருதயங்களை கடவுளின் சித்தத்துடன் இணைக்கும்போது, இயேசு நம் வாழ்க்கையில் அற்புதங்களைச் செய்யத் தொடங்குகிறார். கடவுளின் பிள்ளைகளாக, சிலுவையை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு சத்தியத்தைப் பேசவும், தைரியமாக நற்செய்தியை அறிவிக்கவும் நாம் தயாரா?

when we truly trust and submit ourselves in prayer, aligning our hearts with God’s will, Jesus begins to work wonders in our life. As children of God, are we ready to accept the cross to speak up the truth and proclaim the gospel with courage?

மனதில் சிந்திக்க… 

இயேசு கிறிஸ்து மரணத்திலிருந்து உயிர்த்தெழுந்தது தம்முடைய பிள்ளைகள் மீது கடவுள் வைத்திருக்கும் அன்பிற்கும், இரட்சிக்கப் போவதற்கும் ஒரு சான்றாகும். நாம் ஒவ்வொரு கணத்திலும் அதே நிபந்தனையற்ற அன்பை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறோமா?

Jesus Christ’s rising from the death is a testament to God’s love for His children and extent God will go to save us. Are we manifesting the same unconditional love in every moment?

"உயிரோடு இருப்பவரைக் கல்லறையில் தேடுவதேன்? அவர் இங்கே இல்லை. அவர் உயிருடன் எழுப்பப்பட்டார்." லூக்கா24:5

The angels, having appeared to the women at the empty tomb, ask them, "Why do you seek the living among the dead?". Luke 24:5

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

நமது வாழ்க்கையில் நாம் சந்திக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு சக மனிதர்களுக்குள்ளும் நம் இயேசு ஆண்டவர் உயிருடன் இருக்கிறார் என்பதை மனதில் கொண்டு இயேசுவின் அனுபவங்களை பெற்று வாழ்வதையே வாழ்வாக்குவோமா....

Let us live our lives recognizing that our Lord Jesus is alive in every fellow human we meet, embracing His experiences as our way of life.

 மனதில் பதிக்க…

கிறிஸ்து சாவை ஏற்கும் அளவுக்கு, அதுவும் சிலுவைச் சாவையே ஏற்கும் அளவுக்குக் கீழ்ப்படிந்து தம்மையே தாழ்த்திக்கொண்டார். எனவே கடவுளும் அவரை மிகவே உயர்த்தி, எப்பெயருக்கும் மேலான பெயரை அவருக்கு அருளினார். பிலி2:8-9

And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name. Philippians 2:8-9

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

நமது வாழ்க்கையில் வரும் துன்பங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள மறுப்பதன் மூலம் ஆசிர்வாதத்தை வீணடிகின்றோம்.  எனவே நமக்கு வரும் ஒவ்வொரு துன்பங்களையும் சந்தோஷமாக ஏற்று வாழ்ந்து ஓரு நாள் இறைவன் தரும் மாட்சிமையில் நாமும் பங்கெடுப்போமா?

By not accepting our sufferings, we lose our blessings. Shall we accept the sufferings in our worldly life anticipating that these sufferings will turn into happiness in our eternal life?

 மனதில் பதிக்க…

ஒருவர் மற்றவரிடம் அன்பு செலுத்துங்கள்' என்னும் புதிய கட்டளையை நான் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கிறேன். நான் உங்களிடம் அன்பு செலுத்தியது போல நீங்களும் ஒருவர் மற்றவரிடம் அன்பு செலுத்துங்கள், என்கிறார் ஆண்டவர். யோவான் 13:34

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another." John 13:34

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

நம்மை உலகின் பாவங்களிருந்து மீட்பதற்காக நம் இயேசு ஆண்டவர் என்னவெல்லாம் செய்ய வேண்டுமோ அவை எல்லாவற்றையும் செய்தார் எந்த அளவுக்கு தன்னை தாழ்த்த முடியுமோ அந்த அளவுக்கு தன்னைத்தாழ்த்திக்கொண்டார் நாமும் மற்றவரிடத்தில் தாழ்மையுடன் நடந்து கொண்டு அன்போடு வாழ்வோம் .

Our Lord Jesus did everything He had to do to save us from the sins of the world. He humbled Himself to the extent He could. Let us also act humbly toward others and live in love.

 மனதில் பதிக்க…

என்னுடன் பாத்திரத்தில் தொட்டு உண்பவனே என்னைக் காட்டிக்கொடுப்பான். மானிடமகன், தம்மைப்பற்றி மறைநூலில் எழுதியுள்ளபடியே போகிறார். மத்தேயு 26:23

 Jesus replied, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with me will betray me. Matthew 26:23

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

திவ்விய நற்கருணையில் உள்ள இயேசு ஆண்டவரை உற்கொள்ளும் நாமும் அடுத்தவர் மேல் குற்றம் சுமத்துவதன் மூலம் இயேசுவை எத்தனை முறை காயப்படுத்தி இருப்போம் என்று சிந்தித்துப் பார்த்து, இனியாவது நமது குற்றத்தை மட்டுமே காண நமது பார்வை தெளிவாக இருக்கிறதா என்று சிந்திப்போமோ ?

As we receive the Lord Jesus in the Eucharist, may we reflect on how many times we have hurt Jesus by blaming others, and ask ourselves if our vision is clear enough to see only our own guilt?

 மனதில் பதிக்க…

தம் சீடர்களுடன் பந்தியமர்ந்த இயேசு உள்ளம் கலங்கியவராய், “உங்களுள் ஒருவன் என்னைக் காட்டிக்கொடுப்பான் என உறுதியாக உங்களுக்குச் சொல்கிறேன்” என்று திட்டவட்டமாகக் கூறினார். -   யோவான் 13:21

After he had said this, Jesus was troubled in spirit and testified, “Very truly I tell you, one of you is going to betray me.” John 13:21

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

இயேசுவின் நெருங்கிய சீடரான யூதாசு தன்னிடமிருந்து விலகிச்செல்லப்போகிறான் என்பதை நினைத்தே இயேசு ஆண்டவரின்  உள்ளம் கலங்குகின்றது இதை மனதில் பதித்து என்ன நடந்தாலும் இயேசுவிடமிருந்து விலகாமல் வாழ முயற்சிப்போம் .

  Jesus's heart was troubled at the thought that Judas, the closest disciple of Jesus was about to depart from Him. Let us keep this in mind and no matter what, let us try to live our lives without departing from Jesus.

 மனதில் பதிக்க…

ஆண்டவராகிய நான் நீதியை நிலைநாட்டுமாறு உம்மை அழைத்தேன்; உம் கையைப் பற்றிப்பிடித்து, உம்மைப் பாதுகாப்பேன்; மக்களுக்கு உடன்படிக்கையாகவும் பிற இனத்தாருக்கு ஒளியாகவும் நீர் இருக்குமாறு செய்வேன். -

எசாயா 42:6

“I am the Lord; I have called you in righteousness; I have taken you by the hand and kept you; I have given you as a covenant to the people, a light to the nations." - Isaiah 42:6

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

நம்மை பெயர் சொல்லி அழைத்த கடவுள் மற்றவர்களுக்கு எப்போதும் பயன்படுகின்ற ஒரு பாத்திரமாக இருக்கவும் பாகுபாடில்லாமல் நடந்து கொள்ளவுமே நமக்கு அழைப்பு விடுக்கிறார்.ஆகவே நம்மை பாதுகாக்கும் கடவுளுக்கு நன்றியுடையவர்களாக செயல்படுவோமா...

 God calls us by our name and use us to be a vessel to others and to act without prejudice. So can we act with some gratitude to God who protects us…

மனதில் பதிக்க…

கடவுள் வடிவில் விளங்கிய கிறிஸ்து, கடவுளுக்கு இணையாய் இருக்கும் நிலையை வலிந்து பற்றிக்கொண்டிருக்க வேண்டியதொன்றாகக் கருதவில்லை. பிலிப்பியர்2:6

Christ, while being in the form of God and equal with God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped or exploited. Philippians 2:6

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

கடவுளாய் இருக்கும் இயேசு ஆண்டவர் சிலுவைச்சாவையே ஏற்கும் அளவுக்கு தன்னை தாழ்த்திக்கொண்டார் என்றால் தூசியிலும் தூசியான நாம் எந்தளவுக்கு ஒருவரோடு ஒருவர் தாழ்மையுடன் நடந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று சிந்திப்போம் ...

If the Lord Jesus, who is God, humbled Himself to the point of accepting the cross, we, less than dust, must think about how humble we should behave towards one another?

 மனதில் பதிக்க…

“சிதறி வாழ்ந்த கடவுளின் பிள்ளைகளை ஒன்றாய்ச் சேர்ப்பதற்காக இறக்கப் போகிறார்.” யோவான் 11:50

“You do not realize that it is better for you that one man die for the people than that the whole nation perish.” John 11:50

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

இங்கே கயபா தற்செயலாக இயேசுவின் மரணம் மனிதகுலத்தைக் காப்பாற்றுகிறது என்று அறிவிக்கிறார். முழு தேசமும் அழிந்து போவதை விட, இயேசு என்ற ஒரே மனிதர் இறப்பது மக்களுக்கு நல்லது என்று அவர் கூறுகிறார். நம் ஆண்டவரின் தியாகத்தை நாம் உண்மையிலேயே மதிக்கிறோமா?

Here Caiaphas unintentionally proclaims that the death of Jesus saves humanity. He says it is better for the people that one man, Jesus, die rather than the entire nation perishes. Do we truly emphasize the sacrifice of our Lord?

                                             மனதில் பதிக்க…

அதன்மூலம் தந்தை என்னுள்ளும் நான் அவருள்ளும் இருப்பதை அறிந்துணர்வீர்கள்” யோவான்10:38

Jesus says, "But if I do, though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and believe that the Father is in me, and I in Him.” John 10:38

                                                 மனதில் சிந்திக்க…  

இயேசு குறுகிய மற்றும் சுயநல மதத் தலைவர்களால் பல சமயங்களில் மூலை முடுக்கிவிடப்பட்டு அச்சுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்,  அவரது போதனைகளும் அற்புதங்களும் மெசியாவின் அடையாளங்கள். அவர்களைப் போலன்றி, நாம் அவரை நம்ப முடியுமா, அவர் மீது ஆழமான வேரூன்றிய விசுவாசத்தை வைத்திருக்க முடியுமா? சிந்திப்போம்.

Jesus is being cornered and threatened many at times by the narrow and selfish religious leaders and Jesus had been castigated during his entire ministry as he echoed metaphors shepherded and sheep. His teachings and miracles are the signs of the messiah. Unlike them, can we believe in him and have deep rooted faith in him? Think about it!
