                                                     மனதில் பதிக்க…

அறிவிலிகளே, வெளிப்புறத்தை உண்டாக்கியவரே உட்புறத்தையும் உண்டாக்கினார் அல்லவா! உட்புறத்தில் உள்ளவற்றைத் தர்மமாகக் கொடுங்கள். அப்பொழுது உங்களுக்கு அனைத்தும் தூய்மையாயிருக்கும். லூக்கா 11: 40-41.

You foolish people! Did not the one who made the outside make the inside also? But now as for what is inside you—be generous to the poor, and everything will be clean for you. Lk 11: 40-41

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

மற்றவர்கள் முன் என்னை ஒரு திறமைசாலியாக மிகவும் நல்லவராக அல்லது அழகானவராக காட்டிக்கொண்டு நமது சிந்தனைகளும் வார்த்தைகளும் செயலும் தீயதாய் அடுத்திருப்பவரை காயப்படுத்துவதாய் இருந்தால் என்ன பயன் ?எனவே நம்முள்ளிருந்து வருகின்ற வார்த்தைகள் நடத்தைகள் மற்றவர்களுக்கு பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கிறதா என்று சிந்திப்போம் செயல்படுவோம்.

What does one gain, when one has selfishness and boasting about his talent, has evil mind with evil thoughts and hurting others? Rather our talent and our comforting words should bring joy and peace. Think about it.

யோனா நினிவே மக்களுக்கு அடையாளமாய் இருந்ததைப் போன்று மானிட மகனும் இந்தத் தலைமுறையினருக்கு அடையாளமாய் இருப்பார். லூக்கா 11:30

Just as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so will the Son of Man be to this generation. - Luke 11:30 

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

தொடக்க காலத்திலிருந்தே கடவுள் மனிதர்களை வழிநடத்தி வருகிறார் எனினும் மக்கள் பாவத்திலேயே வீழ்ந்து போகின்றனர். நமது மேல் மகா இரக்கமும் கிருபையும் கொண்ட கடவுள் தம் ஓரே பேரான மகனையே மீட்பின் அடையாளமாக கொடுத்தார். அந்த நன்றியை நமது உள்ளத்தின் ஆழத்தில் உணர்ந்தவர்களாக நாம் செய்கின்ற எல்லா சொல்லும் செயலும் சிந்தனையும் இறைவனுக்கு மகிமையை தருகிறதா என்று சிந்திப்போம் செயல்படுவோம். 

God has been guiding us from the beginning. Still, we sway away from God and keep falling into sins. Inspite of that, our generous and loving God gave His only son to redeem us. Shall we realize the greatness of God and our actions glorify Him? Think about it.

கடவுளுடைய வார்த்தை உயிருள்ளது, ஆற்றல் வாய்ந்தது; இரு பக்கமும் வெட்டக்கூடிய எந்த வாளினும் கூர்மையானது; ஆன்மாவையும் ஆவியையும் பிரிக்கும் அளவுக்குக் குத்தி ஊடுருவுகிறது; எலும்பு மூட்டையும் மச்சையையும் அவ்வாறே ஊடுருவுகிறது; உள்ளத்தின் சிந்தனைகளையும் நோக்கங்களையும் சீர்தூக்கிப் பார்க்கிறது.     எபிரேயர்4:12

Indeed, the word of God is living and effective, sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating even between soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and able to discern reflections and thoughts of the heart. - Hebrews 4:12

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

திரு விவிலியத்தில் உள்ள கடவுளின் ஒவ்வொரு வார்த்தையும் எப்படி உயிர் பெறுகிறது என்றால் நாம் அந்த வார்த்தைகளை முழுமையாக நம்பி ஏற்று அதன்படி வாழும்போது அவ்வார்த்தை உண்மையிலேயே கிருபை செய்கிறது கூர்மையடைகிறது நமது சிந்தனைகளை சீராக வைக்க உதவுகிறது கடவுளின் பார்வையில் நமது சிந்தனைகள் எப்போதும் இருக்கிறது என்பதை மறவாமல் இருப்போமா சிந்திப்போம் செயல்படுவோம் 

The Word of God becomes true if we believe and follow it. Word of God gives Grace and sharpen our thoughts. Shall we always remember that God knows all of inner thoughts and act accordingly? Think about it.

இறைவார்த்தையைக் கேட்டு அதைக் கடைப்பிடிப்போர் இன்னும் அதிகம் பேறுபெற்றோர். - லூக் 11: 28

Blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it! Lk 11: 28

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

நாம் இறைவனின் பிரசன்னத்தில், அவர் நம்மீது கொண்டுள்ள மிகுந்த அன்பை அவருடைய வார்த்தைகளின் மூலம் அறிந்து வாழ முயற்சிப்போம்.

Let us try to live in the presence of our Lord, in the knowledge of His great love for us through His words.

                                         மனதில் பதிக்க…

என்னோடு இராதவர் எனக்கு எதிராக இருக்கிறார்; என்னோடு இணைந்து மக்களைக் கூட்டிச் சேர்க்காதவர் அவர்களைச் சிதறடிக்கிறார். லூக் 11: 23

He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters all. Lk 11:23

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

நாம் அவருக்கு ஆதரவாக அல்லது எதிராக மட்டுமே இருக்கமுடியும் என்பதை இயேசு தெளிவுபடுத்துகிறார். இரண்டு எதிரெதிர் அரசர்களுக்கு நாம் சேவை செய்ய முடியாது. கடவுளின் அரசு, ஒளி மற்றும் சத்தியம் கொண்டது. இருளின் அரசு அவருடைய சத்தியத்தையும் நீதியையும் எதிர்க்கிறது. நாம் எந்த பக்கம் சேர்ந்தவர்கள்? சிந்திபோம் செயல் படுவோம்.

Jesus makes it clear that we are either for Him or against Him. We cannot serve two opposing kingdoms. God's kingdom is the one with light and truth, while the kingdom of darkness opposes His truth and justice. Which side do we belong to? Let us think about it and act.

 இயேசு சீடர்களை நோக்கிக் கூறியது: “எனினும் அவர் விடாப்பிடியாய்க் கதவைத் தட்டிக்கொண்டே இருந்தால் அவர் தம் நண்பர் என்பதற்காக எழுந்து கொடுக்காவிட்டாலும், அவரது தொல்லையின் பொருட்டாவது எழுந்து அவருக்குத் தேவையானதைக் கொடுப்பார் என நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்கிறேன்.”லூக்கா 11:8

Jesus said to his disciples, “I tell you, if he does not get up to give him the loaves because of their friendship, he will get up to give him whatever he needs because of his persistence.” Luke 11:8

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

நம்முடைய ஜெபங்களின் மூலம் நம்முடைய விசுவாசத்தை அதிகரிக்க கடவுளின் உதவியை நாம் விடாமுயற்சியுடன் கேட்போமா? இதன் மூலம் நாம் அவரைச் சார்ந்திருப்பதையும் அவர் நம்மை எவ்வளவு அன்பு செய்கிறார் என்பதையும் உணர முடியும்.  சிந்திப்போம்!

Shall we ask for God’s help persistently to increase our faith through our prayers so that we can see our real dependence on him and realize how much he loves us. Let’s think about it!

இயேசு அவர்களிடம், “எங்களுக்கு எதிராகக் குற்றம் செய்வோர் அனைவரையும் நாங்கள் மன்னிப்பதால் எங்கள் பாவங்களையும் மன்னியும்” லுக்கா 11:4

He said to them, "When you pray, say: Father, hallowed be your name, your Kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread and forgive us our sins for we ourselves forgive everyone in debt to us” Luke 11:4

 

                                    மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

இறைவனின் வார்த்தையை நன்றாக புரிந்துகொண்டு, நமது ஆழ்மனதிலிருந்து ஜெபித்தாலன்றி, நமக்கு எதிராக குற்றம் செய்வோர்களை மன்னிக்க முடியாது. ஆகவே நாம் முதலில் இறைவனின் மன்னிப்பை தினமும் வேண்டி நமக்கு எதிராக குற்றம் செய்வோரை மன்னிக்க முயற்சிப்போமா? சிந்தித்து செயல்படுவோமா?

Unless we pray from the depth of our hearts, fully comprehending and applying the word of God in our daily life,  we can’t forgive anyone who is against us. Let us acknowledge and experience His forgiveness in our failures, so that we can forgive others as God is doing in our daily life. Think about it.

ஆண்டவர் அவரைப் பார்த்து, “மார்த்தா, மார்த்தா! நீ பலவற்றைப் பற்றிக் கவலைப்பட்டுக் கலங்குகிறாய். ஆனால் தேவையானது ஒன்றே. மரியாவோ நல்ல பங்கைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்துக் கொண்டாள்; அது அவளிடமிருந்து எடுக்கப்படாது” என்றார். லுக்கா 10:41, 42

The Lord said to her in reply, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and worried about many things. There is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part, and it will not be taken from her.” Luke 10:41, 42

 

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

Though our days will be filled with many necessary duties such as cooking, cleaning, working, and caring for others, shall we not forget for which we were made and adore our glorious God everyday?

நமது நாட்கள் சமைப்பது, சுத்தம் செய்வது, வேலை, மற்றும் பிறரைப் பராமரிப்பது போன்ற பல அத்தியாவசியக் கடமைகளால் நிரப்பப்பட்டிருந்தாலும், நாம் எதற்காகப் படைக்கப்பட்டோம் என்பதை மறவாமல், நம் ஆண்டவரை தினமும் ஆராதிப்போமா?

பின்னர் மரியா, “நான் ஆண்டவரின் அடிமை; உம்சொற்படியே எனக்கு நிகழட்டும்” என்றார். - லூக்கா 1:38

Mary said, “Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.” - Luke 1:38

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

செபமாலை என்பது வல்லமையுள்ள ஓர் ஆன்மீக ஆயுதம். "செபமாலையின் செபங்கள்  நம்மைக் கடவுளோடு இணைக்கும் ஒரு சங்கிலி". செபமாலையைச் செபித்து, அன்னை மரியாவோடு இணைந்து நாம் கடவுளை மகிமைப்படுத்துகின்றபோது, அளவில்லா நன்மைகளை நாம் நிச்சயம் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியும்.அன்னையின் உதவியை மன்றாடியவர்கள் யாரும் கைவிடப்பட மாட்டார்கள். அந்த அன்னையிடம் நம் முழுமையான நம்பிக்கை வைப்போம். அவரிடத்தில் நம்மை ஒப்புக்கொடுப்போம்.

Rosary is a powerful spiritual weapon. "Rosary is a chain of prayers that connects us to God". When we pray the rosary and glorify God together with Mother Mary, we can surely receive what we ask her. She never abandons us. Let's surrender us to her and seek her to be our intercessor.

கடவுள் இணைத்ததை மனிதர் பிரிக்காதிருக்கட்டும் -  மாற்கு 10:9

Therefore what God has joined together, no human being must separate. - Mark 10:9

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

திருமணம் ஒரு திருவருட்சாதனம் . திருமணங்கள் இறைவன் மனிதருக்கு தரும் ஒரு அரும்  கொடை. 

கிறிஸ்துவில் நம்பிக்கை கொள்வோர் அனைவரும் குடும்ப உறவும்  , ஒற்றுமையும் இன்றைய உலகில் தழைத்தோங்க வேண்டும் என்னும் குறிக்கோளை அடைய உழைத்திட வேண்டும்.

செபம்: இறைவா, உம் அன்புப் பெருக்கை உணர்ந்து நாங்கள் வாழ்ந்திட அருள்தாரும்.

Marriage is a sacrament. It is a gift that God has given us. As believers of Christ, let's strive to make family relationships and unity flourish. 

Let us Pray: Lord, thank you for the wonderful family you have given us and help us to cherish our married life.

என் தந்தை எல்லாவற்றையும் என்னிடத்தில் ஒப்படைத்திருக்கிறார். தந்தையைத் தவிர வேறு எவரும் மகனை அறியார். தந்தை யாரென்று மகனுக்குத் தெரியும்; மகன் யாருக்கு வெளிப்படுத்த விரும்புகிறாரோ அவருக்கும் தெரியும். வேறு எவரும் தந்தையை அறியார். லூக் 10: 22

All things have been handed over to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal him. Lk 10:22

மனதில் சிந்திக்க….

கிறிஸ்தவத்தை மற்ற மதங்களிலிருந்து வேறுபடுத்துவது, கடவுளை நம் தந்தையாக அறிவதுதான். நாம் ஒவ்வொருவரும் கடவுளை ஒரு தந்தையாக தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் அறிந்து கொள்வதை இயேசு சாத்தியமாக்குகிறார். புனித அகஸ்டின் கூறினார், "நம்மில் ஒருவர் மட்டுமே இருப்பது போல, கடவுள் நம் ஒவ்வொருவரையும் நேசிக்கிறார்".

What makes Christianity distinct from other religions, is the knowledge of God as our father. Jesus makes it possible for each of us to personally know God as our father. Saint Augustine said, "God loves each of us as if there were only one of us to love".

உங்களுக்குச் செவிசாய்ப்பவர் எனக்குச் செவிசாய்க்கிறார்; உங்களைப் புறக்கணிப்பவர் என்னைப் புறக்கணிக்கிறார். என்னைப் புறக்கணிப்பவர் என்னை அனுப்பினவரையே புறக்கணிக்கிறார்.”லூக் 10: 16

Whoever listens to you listens to me. Whoever rejects you rejects me. And whoever rejects me rejects the one who sent me.” Lk 10: 16

மனதில் சிந்திக்க….

ஒவ்வொரு கிறிஸ்தவனும் ஒரு தூதனாக இருக்க அழைக்கப்படுகிறான், அதாவது இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் நற்செய்தியை நம்பாத உலகத்திற்கு கொண்டு செல்வது. சில தூதர்கள் உலகம் முழுவதும் பயணம் செய்கிறார்கள், சிலர் நம்மை போன்று ஒரே இடத்தில் நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ள மக்களுக்கு நற்செய்தியைக் கொண்டு செல்கிரார்கள். நாம் தூதர்களா, சிந்திப்போம்?

Every Christian is called to be a missionary, that is, to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to this unbelieving world. Some missionaries travel around the world, some don't like us. However, we can still be a missionary. ‘Whatever you do to the least of my brother, you do unto me’ - Saint Mother Theresa of Calcutta followed this verse until her death. Can we try to follow Christ like St. Theresa of Calcutta did?

அப்பொழுது அவர் அவர்களை நோக்கி: அறுவடை மிகுதி; வேலையாள்களோ குறைவு. ஆகையால் தமது அறுவடைக்குத் தேவையான வேலையாள்களை அனுப்பும்படி அறுவடையின் உரிமையாளரிடம் மன்றாடுங்கள். லூக் 10: 2

And He said to them, the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Lk 10: 2

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

இன்று நாம் அவருடைய அரசவைக்கு எந்த வகையான அறுவடையை அறுவடை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று இயேசு விரும்புகிறார்?  உண்மையின் சாட்சியாகவும், நற்செய்தியின் மகிழ்ச்சியை நம் வார்த்தைகளால் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளவும், நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ளவர்களுக்கு முன்மாதிரியாகவும் இருக்கிறதா?

What kind of harvest does the Lord want us to reap today for His kingdom? Is it being a witness of the truth and sharing the joy of Gospel by our words and being an example to those around us?

அதற்கு இயேசு, நரிகளுக்குக் குழிகளும் ஆகாயத்துப் பறவைகளுக்குக் கூடுகளும் உண்டு, மனுமகனுக்கோ தலைசாய்க்க இடமில்லை என்றார். லூக் 9:58

And Jesus said to him, 'The foxes have holes, and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head. Lk 9:58

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

தம்மைப் பின்பற்றுவது எவ்வளவு கடினம் என்று இயேசு மக்களுக்கு மிகவும் தெளிவாக சொன்னார், ஆனால் நம்மில் பலர் நம் சொந்த வீட்டின் வசதியை கூட விட முடியாமல் இருக்கிறோம். சிந்திப்போம்.

Jesus was utterly honest in telling people what it would cost to follow Him, while many of us may not give up the comfort of our own home. Let us think.

அவர் எருசலேமுக்குப் போக நோக்கமாயிருந்தபடியினால் அவ்வூரார் அவரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவில்லை. லூக் 9:53

But the people there did not welcome him, because he was heading for Jerusalem. Lk 9:53

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

நாம் கடவுளை அன்பு செய்யவும் ஒருவர் ஒருவரை அன்பு செய்யவும் இயேசு எதிர்ப்பை ஏற்றுகொண்டார். சகிப்புத்தன்மை இன்று மிகவும் அவசியமான நற்பண்பு. விரும்பத்தகாதவர்களிடம் சகிப்புத்தன்மையோடு இருப்போம், மேலும் நமக்கு தீங்கு விளைவிப்போரை நேசிக்கவும், அவர்களுக்காக வேண்டிக்கொள்வதும் நல்லது.

Jesus faced rejection in order for us to love God and love one another. Tolerance is a much-needed virtue today. Let us be free from intolerance towards those we find disagreeable and widen the heart to love and do good even to those who wish us harm.

மனதில் பதிக்க…

 

இயேசு அவர்களை நோக்கி: இந்தச் சிறுபிள்ளையை என் நாமத்தினாலே ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறவன் என்னை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறான்; என்னை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறவன் என்னை அனுப்பினவரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறான்; உங்கள் எல்லோருக்குள்ளும் எவன் சிறியவனாக இருக்கிறானோ அவனே பெரியவனாக இருப்பான் என்றார். லூக் 9:48

Jesus said "Whoever receives this child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me receives him who sent me; for he who is least among you all is the one who is great.” Lk 9:48

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

கடவுளுடைய ராஜ்யத்தில் உண்மையில் யார் பெரியவர் என்பதை தம் சீடர்களுக்குக் காண்பிப்பதற்காக இயேசு ஒரு குழந்தையை தனக்கு அருகில் வைத்து ஒரு வியத்தகு சைகை செய்தார். நாம் சிறியவர்களா அல்லது பெரியவர்களா?

Jesus made a dramatic gesture by placing a child next to himself to show his disciples who really is the greatest in the kingdom of God. Are we the least or the great?

அதற்கு இயேசு கூறியது: “தடுக்க வேண்டாம். ஏனெனில், என் பெயரால் வல்லசெயல் புரிபவர் அவ்வளவு எளிதாக என்னைக் குறித்து இகழ்ந்து பேச மாட்டார். மாற்கு 9:39

Jesus replied, “Do not prevent him. There is no one who performs a mighty deed in my name who can at the same time speak ill of me. Mark 9: 39 

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

நம்மை விட நன்றாக பிறர் செய்யும் நற்செயல்களைக் கண்டு மனம் வருந்திய சீடர்களைப் போல் அல்லவா நாம் இருக்கிறோம்? பவுல் கூறுகிறார், "அன்பு பொறாமை கொள்ளாது, சிந்திப்போம்.

Are we not like the disciples when we got upset at the good deeds of others who seem to shine more than us? Paul says that "love is not jealous”. Let us think.

                                         மனதில் பதிக்க 

அவர்கள் அவர் சொன்னதைப் புரிந்துகொள்ளவில்லை. லூக்கா 9:43

But they did not understand this saying. Luke 9:43

                                        மனதில் சிந்திக்க

விசுவாசம் கடவுளின் கொடை.விசுவாசம் இருந்தாலொழிய நம்மால் இறைவனின் திட்டத்தை, செயல்களை , சொற்களை புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியாது . நம் விசுவாசத்தை மிகுதி படுத்த இறைவனிடம் இறைஞ்சிவோமா  ? 

ஆண்டவரே, என் விசுவாசத்தை மிகுதி படுத்தியருளும். ஆமென்.

Faith is a gift from God. Without faith we cannot understand God's plan, words or actions. Shall we ask God to increase our faith? 

Lord, please increase my faith. Amen.

கடவுள் ஒவ்வொன்றையும் அதனதன் காலத்தில் செம்மையாகச் செய்கிறார். சபை உரையாளர் 3:11

He has made everything appropriate to its time - Ecclesiastes 3:11

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

கடவுள் நம் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் ஒரு திட்டத்தை வைத்துள்ளார். காலம் வரும்போது அதை நமக்கு தருகின்றார். 

ஆண்டவரது திட்டத்தை அறிய அந்த காலத்திற்காக பொறுமையோடு காத்திருப்போமா?

God has a plan for each of us. When time comes, He reveals and executes His plans. 

Shall we await patiently for the revelation of God’s plan?

ஏரோது இயேசுவைக் காண வாய்ப்புத் தேடிக் கொண்டிருந்தான். (லூக்கா 9:9)

Herod kept trying to see him.- Luke 9:9

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

நாம் இறைவனை எந்த மனநிலையில் தேடுகிறோம் என்று கொஞ்சம் ஆய்வு செய்துகொள்வோம். அவரிடமிருந்து வாழ்வு தரும் வார்த்தைகளையும், வாழ்வு தரும் திருவுணவையும் பெறத் தேடுகிறோமா? அல்லது வெறுமனே இவ்வுலக சொகுசுகளையும், பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சியும், வெற்றியும் பெற மட்டுமே தேடுகிறோமா? 

நமது இறைத் தேடலைக் கொஞ்சம் தூய்மைப்படுத்திக்கொள்வோமா?

In what state of mind are we seeking God? Is it to receive His Grace through His words of preaching and The Eucharist in which He is really present or is it for worldly pleasures and economic success? 

Shall we analyze and tweak our thoughts in seeking God?

எனக்குச் செல்வம் வேண்டாம், வறுமையும் வேண்டாம்; எனக்குத் தேவையான உணவை மட்டும் தந்தருளும் - நீமொ 30:8

Give me neither poverty nor riches; provide me only with the food I need - Prv 30:8

விவிலிய நூலாகிய நீதிமொழிகள் கூறுவதுபோல, 'எனக்குச் செல்வம் வேண்டாம், வறுமையும் வேண்டாம்; எனக்குத் தேவையான உணவை மட்டும் தந்தருளும்' என நாம் மன நிறைவு கொண்டிருப்பதே உயர்ந்த அறிவு.

இறைவா, உலகம் வழங்குகின்ற செல்வத்தில் நம்பிக்கை கொள்ளாமல் உமது நிறைவிலிருந்து நாங்கள் நிறைவு பெற எங்களுக்கு அருள்தாரும்.

As proverb says, "Give me neither poverty nor riches; provide me only with the food I need", Shall we be contented with what God has given us? 

Lord, grant us not to rely on the riches that the world offers but to be filled with your fulfillment.

 இறைவார்த்தையைக் கேட்டு அதைக் கடைப்பிடிப்போர் இன்னும் அதிகம் பேறுபெற்றோர்.லூக் 11: 28

Blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it. Luke 11:28

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

இயேசுவின் உறவினராக மாற மூன்று பயிற்சிகளை முயற்சிப்போமா? 

1. கற்க  - இறைவார்த்தையை  நாம் முழுமையாக வாசிக்க வேண்டும்.

2. கடைப்பிடிக்க  -இறைவார்த்தையை நன்கு வாசித்த நாம் அதை கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டும்.

3. கற்பிக்க  - நமக்கு நெருக்கமாக இருப்பவர்களை, திருவிவிலியத்தை வாசிக்க ஆர்வமுள்ளவர்களாகவும், மேலும் அவர்கள் வாசித்த இறைவார்த்தையை தியானிக்கவும் நாம் ஒரு ஊக்குவிப்பாளர்களாக செயல்பட வேண்டும்.

Shall we follow these three things to become a closer relative of Jesus? 

1. Learn - Read the Word of God to its entirety

2. Follow - Follow what we have read

3. Teach – Encourage others to read and reflect on the Word of God

 உள்ளவருக்குக் கொடுக்கப்படும்; இல்லாதவரிடமிருந்து தமக்கு உண்டென்று அவர் நினைப்பதும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும். - லூக்கா 8:18

To anyone who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he seems to have will be taken away. - Luke 8:18

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

கடவுள் உங்களுக்கு கொடுத்த விளக்கை ( திறமைகளை) சுடர்விட்டு எரிய வைத்துள்ளீர்களா? வைத்திருந்தால் "உள்ளவனுக்கு கொடுக்கப்படும்" . வைத்திராவிட்டால் "தனக்கு உண்டென்று அவன் நினைப்பதும் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும்". எரிய வைப்போமா?

Are we utilizing our God given talents (light) in a best way? If so, more will be given to us. If not, it will be taken away. Shall we make our God given talents shine?

 நீதிமான்கள் கடவுளின் மக்கள் என்றால், அவர் அவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்வார்; - சாலமோனின் ஞானம் 2:18

For if the just one be the son of God, God will defend him - Wisdom 2:18

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

இந்த உலகில் நேர்மையாளர்களாக வாழ்வது கடினமானது என்றாலும், அப்படிப்பட்ட வாழ்வு வாழ தான் நாம் அழைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம் . எவ்வளவு சோர்வுகள், தளர்ச்சிகள் வந்தாலும், நாம் கொண்டிருக்கின்ற நம்முடைய விழுமியங்களில் உறுதி  உள்ளவர்களாக நேர்மையாக வாழ  முயல்வோமா? 

Although it is difficult to live a honest life in this world, we are always called to live such a life. Shall we try to live a honest life amidst the challenges that we face every day?

 இயேசு அவரிடம், “என்னைப் பின்பற்றி வா” என்றார்  (மத்தேயு 9:9)

 And Jesus said to him, 'Follow me.' (Matthew 9:9)

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

பெரியவர் சிறியவர், உயர்ந்தவர் தாழ்ந்தவர், ஏழை பணக்காரர், படித்தவர் படிக்காதவர் என்று எந்த வேறுபாடும் பார்க்காமல் இயேசு அனைவருக்குமே அழைப்பு விடுக்கிறார்.

கிறிஸ்துவர்களாய் பிறந்த நாம் அனைவருமே கடவுளின் அழைப்பை பெற்றிருக்கிறோம். அவரின் வார்த்தையை கேட்டு அதன்படி நம் வாழ்க்கையை சீர் படுத்தி அவருக்கு உகந்த வாழ்க்கையை வாழ நாம் தயாராக உள்ளோமா? சிந்திப்போம்

Irrespective of being older or younger, greater or smaller, rich or poor, literate or uneducated, Jesus calls us to follow him.

Everyone of us born as Christians have been called to know about him. Are we ready to listen to the word of God and mend our life accordingly to lead a life pleasing God??

 மனதில் பதிக்க…

 

“பல பெண்களும் அவரோடு இருந்தார்கள். இவர்கள் தங்கள் உடைமைகளைக் கொண்டு அவருக்குப் பணிவிடை செய்து வந்தார்கள்.” (லூக்கா 8:3)

“and many other women, who provided for them out of their resources.” (Luke 8:3)

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…

பல நவீன வளர்ச்சிகளை கொண்ட இந்த 21ஆம் நூற்றாண்டிலும், பெண்களுக்கு சம உரிமை அளிக்க தயங்கும் சமூகத்தில் நாம் வாழ்கிறோம்.. ஆனால் 2000ஆம் ஆண்டுகள் முன்னரே இயேசு பெண்களை அவர் இறை பணியில் இணைத்துக்கொண்டார்.. அதிலும் முக்கியமாக பெண்கள் தங்கள் உடைமைகளை பகிர்ந்துகொண்டு இயேசுவிற்கு பணிவிடை செய்தனர்

கடவளின் பணியில் இணைந்து அவரின் வார்த்தையை பறைசாற்றுவதை ஒவ்வொருவரின் கடமையாக கொடுத்துள்ளார். நமது செல்வத்தை பகிர்ந்து அவரின் பணியை தொடர நாம் தயாரக உள்ளோமா ?? சிந்திப்போம்

Even in this 21st century where our society finds it difficult to accept women as equal gender , we see Jesus including women also in his mission and more importantly those women sharing their belongings for serving God..

God gave everyone of us the duty to get involved in his mission and spread the word of God.. Are we ready to use our wealth for his mission??
