மனதில் பதிக்க… 

 “அன்பில் நம்பிக்கை கொள்வோர் அவரோடு நிலைத்திருப்பர். அருளும் இரக்கமும் அவர் தேர்ந்து கொண்டோர்மீது இருக்கும்.”  -  சாலமோனின் ஞானம் 3 : 8-9

“Those who trust in him shall understand truth,and the faithful shall abide with him in love.” - Wisdom 3:8-9

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


நம் கடவுள் நம்மேல் அளவுக்கு அதிகமாக அன்பு வைத்திருக்கிறார். நாமும் அவரை போல் எந்த வேறுபாடுமின்றி பிறரை நேசிக்க வேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகிறார். இயேசுவின் அழைப்பை பெற்ற நாம் அவரை போல அன்பு செலுத்தி அவரின் இறையாட்சியை மண்ணில் நிறுவ முயல்வோமா? சிந்திப்போம்? 

God loves each one of us unconditionally. God expects the same from us to love everyone without any difference. We being the chosen people of God, shall we try to share the gift of love with everyone and build the kingdom of God on earth?

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

 “உங்களுடைய சகோதரர் சகோதரிகளுள் ஒருவர் பாவம் செய்தால் அவரைக் கடிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள். அவர் மனம் மாறினால் அவரை மன்னியுங்கள்.”  -  லுக்கா 17:2 

If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God, which you are, is holy. - Cor 3:17

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


மனிதராக பிறந்த நாம் அனைவருமே பாவம் செய்வது இயல்பு. நாம் என்ன தவறு செய்தாலும், நம் கடவுள் நம்மை மன்னித்து ஏற்க தயாராக இருக்கிறார். அதே குற்றத்தை நமக்கு பிறர் செய்யும் போது, நாம் அவர்களை மன்னித்து ஏற்கின்றோமா? சிந்திப்போம்?

It’s a human tendency to fall into sin. How much ever we sin, our loving God is always ready to forgive and accept us. But if someone does the same against us, are we ready to forgive and accept them?

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

 “ஒருவர் கடவுளின் கோவிலை அழித்தால் கடவுள் அவரை அழித்துவிடுவார். ஏனெனில் கடவுளின் கோவில் தூயது; நீங்களே அக்கோவில்.” - கொரிந்தியர் 3: 17 

If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God, which you are, is holy. - Cor 3:17

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


கத்தோலிக்க பிள்ளைகளாகிய நாம் ஒவ்வொருவருமே கடவுளின் உடலையும் இரத்தத்தையும் உட்கொள்ள சிறப்பு அழைப்பை பெற்றுள்ளோம். ஆனால் அதற்கான உகந்த தயாரிப்பை செய்கிறோமா என்று சிந்திக்க கடவுள் அழைக்கிறார். கடவுளின் இல்லமாக நமது உடலை தூய்மையாக பராமரித்து, அவரின் ஆசீரை நிறைவாக பெற முயல்வோமா?

As Catholics, we have received a special calling to partake in the body and blood of God. God calls us to consider whether we are making the proper preparation for it. Shall we keep our body pure as God's house and strive to receive His blessings?

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

எந்த வீட்டு வேலையாளும் இரு தலைவர்களுக்கு வேலை செய்ய முடியாது, ஒருவரை வெறுத்து மற்றவரை அன்பு கொள்வார், அல்லது ஒருவரை சார்ந்து மற்றவரை, புறக்கணிப்பார். கடவுளுக்கும் உலகப்பொருளுக்கும் பணிவிடை செய்ய உங்களாலே முடியாது.  - லூக்கா 16: 13

No servant can serve two masters. He will either hate one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. -  Luke 16: 13

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


பணம் மற்றும் செல்வத்தின் மீதான அன்பு,  நம்மை கடவுளின் அன்பு மற்றும் நம் சகோதர சகோதிரியரின் அன்பிலிருந்து பிரிக்கிறது. நாம் பொருள் சார்ந்த விஷயங்களிலிருந்து நம்மைப் பிரித்துக் கொண்டு கடவுளிடம் நெருங்கிச் செல்ல முயற்சிக்கலாமா?

Love of money and wealth keeps us out from love of God and love of neighbor. Shall we try to detach ourselves from the materialistic things and draw closer to God?

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

தலைவர் அவரைக் கூப்பிட்டு, ‘உம்மைப் பற்றி நான் கேள்விப்படுவது என்ன? உம் பொறுப்பிலுள்ள கணக்கை ஒப்படையும். நீர் இனி வீட்டுப் பொறுப்பாளராய் இருக்க முடியாது’ என்று அவரிடம் கூறினார். - லூக்கா 16: 2

He summoned him and said, ‘What is this I hear about you? Prepare a full account of your stewardship, because you can no longer be my steward. -  Luke 16: 2

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


நமது நேரம், பணம் மற்றும் உடைமைகள் உட்பட கடவுள் நம்மிடம் கொடுத்து வைத்திருக்கும் எல்லா வளங்களின் ஞானமான மற்றும் உண்மையுள்ள பொறுப்பாளராய் இருப்போம். நாம் நமக்கு உண்மையாக இருப்பதன் மூலம் நம் அயலாருக்கும், மிக முக்கியமாக கடவுளுக்கும் உண்மையாக இருக்கலாம்.

May we wisely and faithfully manage the resources God has entrusted to us, including our time, money, and possessions. By being honest with us, we can be honest with others and, most importantly, with God.

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

வீட்டுக்கு வந்து, நண்பர்களையும் அண்டை வீட்டாரையும் அழைத்து, ‘என்னோடு மகிழுங்கள், ஏனெனில் காணாமற்போன என் ஆட்டைக் கண்டுபிடித்து விட்டேன்’ என்பார்.  லூக்கா 15:6

And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, `Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost.' Luke 15:6

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


நம்மை விட வேறு யாராவது சிறப்பாக நடத்தப்படும்போது, நாம் தான் சிறப்பாக நடத்தப்பட தகுதியானவர்கள்,  என்று நினைத்து வருந்தாமல், காணாமல் போன ஆடு மற்றும் காணாமல் போன நாணய உவமைகளை நினைவில் வைக்க முயற்சிப்போம்.

Let us not feel resentful or get upset when someone else gets treated better than we think we deserve, by remembering the lost sheep or lost coin parables.

தம் சிலுவையைச் சுமக்காமல் என் பின் வருபவர் எனக்குச் சீடராய் இருக்க முடியாது. - லூக்கா 14:27

Whoever does not bear his own cross and come after me, cannot be my disciple. - Luke 14:27

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


கடவுளின் அன்பு, அவர் நம்மிடம் ஒப்படைத்துள்ள பொறுப்புகளை உணர்ந்து, அவருடைய அழைப்பை நமது மிக உயர்ந்த முன்னுரிமையாக மாற்ற, நம்மை வழிநடத்துகிறதா?

Does God’s love guide us to recognize the responsibilities He has entrusted to us, making His calling our highest priority?

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

அழைக்கப் பெற்றவர்களுள் எவரும் என்னுடைய விருந்தைச் சுவைக்கப் போவதில்லை என உமக்குச் சொல்கிறேன், என்றார். லூக்கா 14:24

For I tell you, none of those men who were invited shall taste my banquet.  Luke 14:24

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


ஒரு பெரிய ராஜா தனது நண்பர்களை விருந்துக்கு அழைத்தால், விருந்தினர்கள் ஏன் அவரது அழைப்பை நிராகரிக்க வேண்டும்? கடவுளுக்கு மேலாக நம் சொந்த விருப்பங்களை நாம் அந்த விருந்தினர்கள் போன்று முன் வைக்கிறோமா என்று சிந்திப்போம்.

If a great king invited his friends to a banquet, why would the guests turn down his invitation? Let us think if we put our own interests above God.

மனதில் பதிக்க… 

"நீர் விருந்து அளிக்கும்போது ஏழைகளையும் உடல் ஊனமுற்றோரையும் கால் ஊனமுற்றோரையும் பார்வையற்றோரையும் அழையும்." லூக்கா 14:13

"When you give a feast, invite the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind" Luke 14:13

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


நமது செயல்கள் இரக்கத்தைப் பிரதிபலிக்கின்றனவா, மற்றவர்கள் நம் இறைவனின் தயவையும் நன்மையையும் அனுபவிக்கும் வகையில் நம்பிக்கையை அளிக்கின்றனவா? என்று சிந்திப்போம்.

Do our actions reflect mercy and offer hope for others so they can experience kindness and goodness of our Lord?

"Zacchaeus, make haste and come down; for I must stay at your house today." Luke 19:5b

"சகேயுவே, நீ சீக்கிரமாய் இறங்கிவா, இன்றைக்கு நான் உன் வீட்டிலே தங்கவேண்டும் என்றார்." லூக்கா 19:5b

மனதில் சிந்திக்க…


கடவுளாகிய இயேசு நம் ஒவ்வொருவருடனும் தனது வீட்டை அமைக்க எப்போதும் தயாராக இருக்கிறார். அவர் நம்முடன் வந்து தங்கவும், நம் வாழ்க்கையை அவருடைய அமைதியால் நிரப்பவும் நம் இதயங்களில் அவருக்கு இடம் கொடுக்கிறோமா?

The Lord Jesus is always ready to make his home with each one of us. Do we make room for Him in our hearts to let Him come stay with us and fill our lives with His peace.
